Giving a 4 rather than 5 star rating only because of scheduling, as it took over 6 weeks to set up a date. Much of that difficulty was related to weather and coordinating a date that worked w/ multiple neighbors, so suspect the delay is not the norm. Otherwise great job and will plan on using them again next year!

I ended up rescheduling for that Wednesday, with an additional 10% off for their mistake. I hired a cleaning company to do the deep cleaning that I had been putting off for too long. My home is not very dirty, I keep it pretty clean and neat. I was a little disappointed with the quality of work, it seems it's the kind of cleaning I could have easily done myself instead of paying someone $112 to do it. I was told originally the fee was an estimate based on 3 hours of work. They finished in 2.5 hours but there was no adjustment to the fee quoted or charged. There is an entire bookshelf in the bedroom that was not touched. I'm not certain if they cleaned the fan in the living room as requested. Counters and surfaces were all wiped down but not all items on the surfaces were, as expected. They did, however, clean the doors to my pantry/garbage area which I did not expect and was happy to see. They also wiped the ceiling vents which was appreciated. Being that I am looking to pay a cleaning service to do the deep cleaning that I'd rather not do, I doubt I will use this company again. I might have a different opinion if I were interested in regular cleanings, but even so, there are other companies who include more in their services for a cheaper price.

They were later joined by Mike. All three of them did a great job, were very easy to work with, friendly and hard working. John, the owner called me to see how the work was going and if I had any issues. There were none because all of them were outstanding to deal with. They were all a blessing to my family for the way they worked and their professionalism and personalities. My house now has safe wiring and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them and have them do any future work for me and my family. They showed up when they said they would, kept us informed of the progress, etc. I cannot say enough good things to really do them justice. I felt the owner and the electricians really took an interest in our needs.
