Definitely not the level of service or leadership you'd expect from someone in a managerial position.

It was also rainy, so it was not the most pleasant of a walk to this location. Once inside though, I was greeted by an incredibly friendly and professional gentleman working in the store who kept the somewhat busy store at a positive energy and made us all feel welcome. I came in for a specific item, a tagine, and they had it in stock, available in two colors and as a great surprise, the store had a 30% off sale going on. La Crueset is not an inexpensive option, but the name is associated with quality and deservedly so. In addition to the tagine, I also bought a few tongs (these were 35% off). My items were placed in a nice reusable tote, which was a nice touch. It was probably practical, as well, as their cookware can be a bit heavy. La Crueset is a quality brand with a well deserved reputation. I would recommend this location and their products.
