I understand there's the regulars that either actively get supplies for their business or come in more , but I've been there as a customer, and it's not going to happen again because I never leave there feeling like I should have been there in the first place, so I guess it's a non-issue. I did this with the help of conversations with the folks at the Weather Store; very helpful service (I left a message, and the owner promptly called me back). The barometer arrived in good shape, solidly packaged. And it is almost a work of art. I elected the brushed nickel finish and navy blue face. It's a very solid feeling instrument; nothing about it feels cheap. I followed the easy setting instructions, and set the current pressure to the local Accuweather barometer reading. It has tracked the local readings very closely, so I don't bother comparing the readings anymore; I trust the reading on the barometer. You did an awful job and after numerous attempts to get you to fix everything, finally some items were corrected but still not all. Brought my Ariens snowblower differential gear into the shop for inspection for wear. The…read moreforward/reverse action was slipping and thought, based on Youtube videos, that this part may be the reason. The mechanic looked at it and didn't think this was the problem, he suggested to look at the sprocket bushings, a common failure item. Turned out it was the bushings ($6 part). Saved me the expense of the differential part ($160 part). Good to know that they are not looking to sell you expensive parts that are not the problem. Trust in repair service is rare these days.
