We recently had an issue with one of our blinds that prevented it from operating properly. Scott was able to work us into his schedule and came by to fix the blind. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to remove the blind, open it up and remove the knot. He reassembled the blind and replaced it on the sliding door. While he was at our home he informed us that there were now rechargeable battery wands that could be installed on all of our power blinds. While there would be a large initial investment the thought of not having to buy super packs of batteries at Costco was appealing. Scott explained how these battery wands were mounted and the ease in charging them. We made the decision to pull the trigger and order them. Scott was in Whitefish on another job but had time and swung by to install them. Once again he was super professional in his work, even going so far as to wear a pair of "inside shoes". He explained how to remove and replace the battery wands and charge them. We couldn't be happier with our selection of Window Coverings, Inc and Scott. We are confident these will last as long as our home does and if there are any issues Scott will stand behind his work!
