It is close to 30 days and I have not received my refund. I've been constantly ensuring and to no avail.. nothing. It's amazing how folk are quick to take your money bug as soon as you need your money returned, the company drag their feet. This should be against the law. At this point, this is theft. I really enjoyed talking with her - she was super-knowledgeable about home inspections and walked me step-by-step through the whole process, and then managed to move things around to get us on the books for the next day! They even set-up and handled the billing for another company to take care of our termite inspection (since the house was in Howard County). Our inspector, Mr. Guy White, arrived on time the day of the inspection, and he was incredibly detailed and thorough as he explained his inspection techniques and the resultant findings. One of his findings was a little plumbing leak (we were amazed he found it). He traced that "little leak" and found that it ended up right on top of the house's electrical panel! I can't imagine the costs to our safety (and to our finances) if Mr. White hadn't been there to discover that problem! We received Mr. White's inspection report with complete details and pictures the very next day. The seller fixed all the problems noted on the report and we completed our new home purchase just last month. After working with Amber and Mr. White, we have no hesitation in recommending their office to anyone in the DC Metro area who needs their home inspected.
