Even though I was preapproved and had no problem purchasing the house, as a result of the inexperience and unethical sharing of confidential information with the sellers' agent, we lost the house. In my career I work with clients in various industries throughout the nation on a regular basis, and this is by far the most unethical, negligent and unprofessional behavior I've ever encountered. It makes even less sense because it cost them their own percentage of the sale as well. Kyle should go back to a football related something because he screwed up a house that we needed. This is messing with people's homes and now we're in a tough spot. I strongly recommend you go elsewhere. Everyone (seller's agent, lenders, my agent selling our house, etc.) has stated how inexperienced they sounded when they spoke with them. Got to my apartment, and it had never been cleaned. My windows do not lock properly, had to run my water for 2 days non stop, no screens or blinds on any window. My door has a huge gap in it, so the cockroaches that are in every apartment come through my door. Any maintenance request you put in, they put a bandaid on it and don't fix it properly. But then they will bill you because the problem isn't there. My newest neighbor just moved in with her kids... and her unit is already flooding from an existing problem they knew about from the previous tenants leaving the place. Now there is mold in the walls, and all of us are dealing with the headache... even though JWB gutted the apartment 2 months ago for flooding damage.

They said they have sent me the email, however, this is a new HOA management company I have no way of knowing who has sent the message to me. This account could be handled easily and effectively, however they have made the simple issue very difficult and unprofessional.
