Rod Beich the most professional person to work with. He was on site before schedule just to make sure to get all surrounds of the home, during the appointment he educated me throughout the process. He was very observant of little details other inspectors leave out. Ive had a home inspection before with AAA and it was not a good inspection, AAA only was there for a short amount of time did not answer any of my questions and said he preferred to work on his own and just sent the inspection with no explanations, so waste of money. Rod Beich did the exact opposite but did more with tips and extra things to look out for that are typically over looked. The home we are buying needed a second inspection for appliances, he came without hesitation and not only looked for over appliances, what he was suppose to look for, but he made sure to look over every little thing from the first inspection and stayed well over his time frame to make sure everything was taken well cared of. Also informing me that even after the inspection if i had any questions or concerns he was just a phone call away. It wasnt just the customer service , it was the professionalism of seeing how he knew what he was talking about ,knowing each code by memory and him actually enjoying his job. In 2019 I bought an as-is foreclosure home in El Paso, TX. My friend recommended Rod because he is quite thorough. The home had been neglected for several years and needed a lot of repairs. While on-site Rod took the time to go through his observations BEFORE they made it on the report so nothing would be a surprise and encouraged me to ask questions. About a year later after receiving conflicting proposals (and varying significantly in price too) from several HVAC vendors to address a challenging item on Rod's report, he graciously stopped by while in the area (at no cost) to discuss it with me in greater detail. Although he could not guarantee any proposed repair would pass an inspection, he did share what he has typically seen in other homes with a similar issue. That helped tremendously not only giving me peace of mind but I also realized some HVAC vendors were proposing solutions far more complex (and expensive) than necessary. Ultimately in 2021 I sold the home and Rod's report was instrumental throughout the rehab process with no additional repairs needed from me as the seller when I closed. Showed up early, answered all our questions thoroughly, pointed things out during the inspection, and gave us a brief overview of the house. Rod is an Absolute Professional. When I met Rod yesterday morning he was punctual and very friendly. Despite the fact that it was raining he assured me that the inspection which consisted of a 2 story home that is over 3900 sq ft and a pool could still be completed to standard and it was!
