I am sorry to say, this place has went down hill in every area. The Gas Prices Are HIGHER at this location than all others, WHY, I was told and I have the email, that all of the QT Gas Prices IN this area should ALL BE THE SAME, however, This location is HIGHER anywhere from .10 a gallon more to .21 cents more a gallon, GREED. PRICE GOUGING ? We have already taken our business of over $56,000 a month on gas alone to another location. Some managers are great and others are just "Going Thru The Motions, getting a check, and going home.

She watched me come in the door from the location where I was and she watched me return to the same door after she took my money for the gas and then I went right back in and she already telling me that someone else had pumped my gas on the other side of the store. And yes, I take accountability that I told her the wrong number to the pump but don't yell at me and lie to me saying someone else pumped my gas already when it was only less than 30 seconds before I returned to the store plus the other customer had NOT pumped their gas yet. Second, the cashier did not even try to go and stop the person from pumping the gas. She just literally yelled at me and told me I would have to go and do it myself because it was nothing they could do about it because it was already pumped by someone else, which was a total lie..,,., The lady hadn't even started pumping her gas yet, but was polite enough to come back in the store and pay for my gas....when I returned in the store, I let the cashier know that this person has not even pump my gas yet but I still got yelled at; cashier telling me that's not my problem It's your fault. SMH; all I can say is times have changed because when I was growing up and getting my first jobs as cashiers, we were told that the customer is always right, especially if it's something that we can fix and it could've easily been fixed by her going out telling that customer not to pump their gas since they had not already started pumping, and she lied and said that they had pumped it already. To top it off, she lied on me quickly, and said that I was being rude and yelling at her when I was NOT. There was other customers in the store telling me to please report the cashier for being rude and disrespectful to their customers regularly because they are always like that at that location, so I hope this reaches the right person..... #Cashiers need to be trained with better customer skills#

I was able to save time filling my tank because the gas pumped quickly (more quickly than other stations). There was advanced leak protection on the nozzle -- which is standard where I am from in California but not as common in Texas. One complaint is that the SpeedPass+ app on my iPhone did not recognize this station as being SpeedPass compliant which is a surprise because the pumps all had SpeedPass QR codes (image). SpeedPass+ app is my preferred way to pump gas and I'm always thrilled to get to use it because it's fast, safe and really neat. I must say I was disappointed that it did not work here. Please send this review to your quality assurance team and have them ensure that Speedpass+ works at this station from now on. Thank you.
