In addition to the mediocre food and service, charging $11 for a seasonal latte is criminal, even in this economy. The food was acceptable but in no way extraordinary. In the world of customer service this kind of approach will keep me from recommending this as a choice. There was nothing in the food, or ambiance (diner) that was even close to redeeming this behavior.
