I wanted someone skilled in both chiropractic adjustments and Active Release Therapy (ART) and saw Dr. Chesney's site on Yelp. Visiting Dr. Chesney was a stroke of luck for me. He spent a lot of time with an assessment, then using ART to work on my shoulder, neck, and upper chest. He then adjusted one rib and one cervical vertebra. I had been hoping for some improvement, but was instead ridiculously happy to find my shoulder was completely free of that sickening rotator-cuff impingement type pain. I've been pain free since, and swore I'd write this review before the day was out. In closing, I've had a lot of experiences with various medical professions, including chiropractic, and am myself a therapist. I'm really picky about who I go to or recommend, and at least when it comes to muscle or joint pains and aches, Doctor Chesney is most definitely a DC I'd happily recommend to anyone.
