He's an expert and I have had zero problems and it's been 10 months since the last install. After lighting struck my house he came to help me diagnose everything the lightening might have affected instead of just trying to get me to replace everything. He helped me deal with Directv (who forgot to ground their dish and made the lighting strike much worse). He wasn't obligated or responsible for anything that happened because it was weather but he was there to help fix it anyway. That's service! After the job is done Matt is always there to help if you need it and he responds to you and follows up better than anyone I've ever delt with! In the past I have used Carolina Custom Security and Sound and Audio Warehouse and they didn't come close to the customer service, quality of work, or price Wired Solutions provides. Tom and his staff were exceedingly knowledgable and easily managed connectivity and compatibility issues that confounded both Service Technicians that preceded them. He left us his card to have us call when the item had arrived for assembly. He was called & came promptly. He was very flexible, assembled the bike, but the assembly was not without its issues. Things needed to be significantly adjusted after assembly. He had also entered our home without our permission scaring our cats & yelled up the stairs to let us know he finished despite him having my personal phone number. He then stated that since he had to come here twice for assembly, we were responsible to pay him for the assembly service. I told him that I had already payed for this service through Walmart, & he insisted anyways that I owed him payment. I was afraid he might come back & take action against us if I did not pay him in that moment. I had already paid $79 for this service, & he charged me $120 via his phone which Walmart now refuses to refund me for. This third party assembly service is out here double charging & scamming customers, making my family feel uneasy in their own home. I do not recommend this company to anyone, & will not be making purchases through Walmart again with their lack of resolution in a situation like this.
