The week of Thanksgiving, I asked the person working at the counter if I could reserve a dozen dinner rolls to pick up the next day. I was told "no, just be here early tomorrow". So I bought my baked good somewhere else and haven't been back since. These reviews take time for your customers to write and you should be thankful for them. Instead you complain that they didn't take even more of their time so you can feel less uncomfortable about them. Good luck.
