Stopping antibiotics and pain medications seems beyond incompetents, I don't think are experience with him could have shown less concern or compassion.

I needed help during the night and waited an hour for someone to come. They acted as thoughi just woke them up. I got a guy's food the first night I was there. I have tried other transportation companies in the past to take me to my appointments and Fox Transport is the absolute best option in my opinion. The drivers are some of the sweetest and kindest people I've ever met. They are always on time and are super flexible. They make scheduling rides very easy, their vans are clean and accommodating for those who who are wheelchair passengers. All in all, I would highly recommend Fox Transport! My mother (with dementia) was left unattended at night in a hall where she managed to get out of her chair, fall and break her shoulder. My dad slipped from his chair in the presence of an aid and broke his ankle (this could have been a genuine accident, but.....) The building is old and run down. A window in my dad's room fell out when they tried to open it. It was still not fixed months later. Management is no great shakes either. When bed bugs were discovered in my dad's room they tried to keep it from the family. When we finally found out, the owner tried to say that we (the family) brought them in.
