He is honest, works hard and takes pride in his work. I have had him do floors for my house that stood the test of time for years. Then moved on to two bathroom renovations that were beautiful and completed on time and on budget. Most recently (November 2016) he completed a complete renovation of my kitchen. It looks AMAZING and he worked ridiculously hard to get it done on time so I could host 24 people for Thanksgiving dinner. Again, can't explain the review I just saw from Amelia, but I highly recommend Kris and will use him again for my next upcoming bathroom reno.

BEWARE! I hired Kris (KNM Construction) to build a 3 season room and it was a disaster. It took him…read more3 MONTHS to complete 1 1/2 WEEKS of work. The project was to just build a rough frame, we wanted to finish the inside ourselves. Well, we got rough alright. He left the entire roof overhang inside the room, we had to cut it back ourselves after he was 'done'.The door leaked from the moment it was installed and it took me TEN MONTHS to get him to replace it, and yes it leaked the entire ten months and I don't think Kris cared at all. I'm not sure he had even installed a door before but luckily he brought someone with him when he put in the replacement who had, or at least he could read directions so it was done right. The roof was not tied into my existing roof correctly so it leaked all winter. It cost us an additional $2000 to have the roof repaired by someone else. Kris also lied about how the new stairs were supported. He told me the railing post at the bottom of the stairs was a few feet in the ground, that was not true, he cut the post at the ground. My yard is very sandy and the stairs needed the support. He put the stringers right on the ground, not even a patio block for support. They sank about three inches and were pulling away from the landing. He had attached a diagram with his bldg appl showing the railing posts sunk into the ground for support. His total disregard for my families safety is horrible. This type of work is inexcusable. If my review can spare someone else from having to go this this it is worth it.

Tiago and his team were excellent to work with. The project finished in the expected time and we had no issues communicating with Tiago or getting timely responses. He was as invested in our project as we were, paying attention to detail. He helped explain the steps in the project right from permitting to the sequence of plumbing, electrical, flooring, etc, etc. We would be happy to use them again for other projects in our home and highly recommend them.

The patio and retaining wall look great. The project took longer than expected, but those delays were all on our side. We took longer than we should have to make various decisions about light fixtures, etc. We also changed the scope of the project a few times, adding more areas of walkways that we decided needed to be refinished with the stamped concrete. We would recommend KBR for any project that you might have. Karen was great to work with and even when we were not following through with things on our end, she never lost her cool with us and was very patient waiting for us to come to decisions on things. Not only was Joe's priced reasonably he was the quickest to respond and gave me options and even found out who had the window I chose. He gave me the option of buying the window myself ( could use my military discount) . Window was installed within days of being quoted. I believe it took longer to locate the window than it did for Joe to have it installed. So all said and done he removed my old 15000 btu thru the wall AC , put in my new window , trimmed it all out, offered to repair a pice of broken siding and took the old AC and disposed of for a fraction of what everyone else was quoting me.
