The drive to Aylesford and their farm is lovely in the summer if you take the old highway and if you aren't up for that, you can find Randy every Saturday at the Farmers Market. Not only do I get the creamy goat cheese flavored with cayenne & garlic and the one with Italian herbs or Herbes aux Provence (depending on my mood), I also stock up on his goat gouda cheeses - fantastic. Note to self: don't forget to pick up some yoghurt and some free range eggs (their son looks after the chickens.)

One of the ingredients is sour cream. I had none so I tried your yogurt I bought at Valley Natural foods. Unbelievable! I also use the yogurt for a topping on apple pie. I've gotten rave reviews from the eaters. The yogurt topping, made with sugar, vanilla and spices, replaces the upper crust. It is called "Cream Schnitz (apple) Pie." It hasn't lasted long after coming out of the oven. Thank you, thank you, thank you! for your quality products. Paul Bannister

The Long Version: I stumbled upon this supermarket by accident as my husband and I were walking around in Halifax. It was definitely not there the last time we were in Halifax in 2022. It looks like it opened sometime in 2024. It's fairly large and similar to Asian supermarkets I've been to in much larger cities. Many of the products are from China, but I did see a few items from Thailand, The Philippines, Taiwan, Vietnam and other Asian countries. I didn't see any items from Japan or Korea, but I didn't look at every single item in the store, lol. The store is big and bright. They have shelf stable items, refrigerated foods, frozen foods, fresh produce, toys and cosmetics. I'm sure if you're looking for Asian ingredients for recipes you will find them here. Service was courteous. I bought some Pokemon toys here for my little nieces and they gave me a free reusable tote bag because I spent over $20. We walked there but there appears to be some underground parking available. (189)
