At first I turned up my nose...I don't really like strong blue cheeses, but this one melted my heart. It's perfect crumbled into a salad, part of a cheese plate (of course it will steal the show), spread on a baguette, tossed in salad...the list is endless. It is silky smooth with a little nip that comes across slowly. This was my first taste of their Dragon's Breath Blue Cheese, but it won't be my last.
