Yeah, that's kind of a neutral report, we know. But it is a grocery, albeit one we've found to be well stocked with a lot of products, reasonably priced, clean, and with helpful employees. In so many words, not a bad place at all to stop when you need groceries. We especially liked the takeout foods at this Sobey's, tasty and convenient. So there.

This Sobey is located up on the hill close to Costco. I was surprise this Sobey is called 'Extra' and was not sure why. When I walked in i was pleasantly surprise to see how big this Sobey really was! They have a huge variety of food! There are a good mix of asian selection like sushi, noodle soup, and fried asian dishes. On the western side, they got chicken, ribs, beef, pot pies, Salad, soup, pizza and most of them are hot and ready! The cool part of this place is that they have courses for Cooking! they have a nice set up for a class room setting of 15 people or more. Today I felt like their chicken, hot meal, and salad meal for $18.99. Not a bad deal, it will definitely feed 3 people comfortably. For the hot meal i got their mac & cheese and slaw for the salad. Mac & cheese was very creamy and good. Chicken was perfectly done. Slaw was refreshing.
