I have never been late more than once and I have the conversation recorded on the dash cam in my car. She will tell you she is not around her computer when you call to give you the run around. Our Toilet was replaced, but when we came back to town, it was not the same size, so it had to be replaced again. With the repair of the unit below, all of this cost around $1,200. Now we have bad water hammer, which we never had before Living Waters touched our toilets. All in all, an expensive, frustrating and unsatisfactory experience. I would look elsewhere for a plumber.
