Moved into the main area and honestly, with all the big rigs that pulled in, it can get very cramped for "privacy". Add to that some dogs and it can get very interesting. As usual at an RV site, some people have ZERO clue about site etiquette. Several folks walking their dogs around my site. My dogs did not appreciate that. But that's the only complaint I had - a bit cramped when all sites around you are full, and people are the same no matter where we camp. The people running this site are the best!! Tom helps you park and it makes it SO easy to back into the spot. First try, boom, all set!! The beach is only a few blocks away, totally walkable. That said, they also provide a ride to and from the beach on the golf cart. Very helpful when you're lugging all your beach stuff. Expensive to stay, but it was a great vacation. I'd stay here again.

This is a beautiful RV Park with lots of ammenties and they can definitely accommodate bigger rigs, our 40' Motorhome and toad fit into the level site with ease. We requested a large site so we didn't have to unhook and could exit the park the next morning so site 30 worked out great we exited the site right onto the side street, there were some low hanging branches on the road which has nothing to do with the park but we were able to maneuver around them. The park owners should address this with the county road maintenance department to eliminate the concerns. It's obvious the staff here continues to make upgrades so as good as it is it can only get better. Access is very easy exiting exit 112 west bound off I-10. As others have stated Bonifay is a very small town but there are a number of restaurants in close proximity we had dinner next door at M&W Bbq. We are so happy to have found this place and definitely plan to visit them again in the future. I thought the prices were very fair and everything worked out great, for us this is a park that we highly recommend...

The wedding was moved to Port St. Joe so we were trying to find an RV place to stay. Although this RV Park was still trying to reconstruct after the devastation of hurricane Michael, they were going to let us rent a space so we would have a place to stay. This is only our 5th camping trip in our travel trailer, but we have stayed at a few other RV parks when we camped with my in-laws. Formerly called Emerald Coast RV Resort, Sun Outdoors Panama City Beach had great online reviews, which were supported by numerous pictures. Our "style" of camping may be a little different than most. We are not ones to just sit under our awning and relax. We like to be on the go and see everything a city has to offer when we camp. Therefore, we use our travel trailer as a relocatable hotel room that serves as our base of operations as we explore the surrounding areas. However, even though we may not use them, we prefer RV resorts with lots of amenities. Sun Outdoors Panama City Beach is a beautiful resort, and he front office staff were all delightful. It is meticulously landscaped, and they pick up the trash twice daily (10:30 AM & 6:30 PM). There are 2 heated pools with adjacent shower facilities, multiple key coded laundry rooms, a fitness center, a clubhouse, a sand volleyball court, shuffleboard "courts", pickleball courts and a covered basketball "pavilion". The sites are decently spaced and easy to access. The resort is in close proximity to highway 98 and Front Beach Road. You are near the beach, Zoo World (no smells or loud animal noises), Wonder Works, Ripley's Believe It or Not, Pier Park, and a plethora of other activities and restaurants. The only negative I experienced is that while at the back pool, there were numerous kids under 14 years old at the pool and they were unattended by any adults. They were rough housing in the pool so much that we decided to walk to the other pool. I should have advised the staff but opted not too and chalked it up to being an isolated incident. I can definitely recommend this resort with a good heart and would definitely go back.

We have stayed here twice this year and loved both times. This is definitely a no frills park off…read morethe interstate highway so you will hear the interstate. People should remember that before posting a bad review after choosing a park right off an interstate. That being said the further away the site the less likely you will be bothered by the noise. Vonda the owner is a very hard working person and does a wonderful job maintaining the grounds. She has a few pull through sites and three of them open up to a beautiful grassy area with shade trees. We chose one off these. All with full hook up. We are lucky enough to trust that our dogs would behave if off leash for short periods while we were outside with them. We have stayed three nights both times and just enjoyed the simplicity of the park. If you are looking for laundry facilities, showers and a pool this isn't your place.... If it is reasonable prices in a lovely setting is then give it a try.

There is a very load bar across the street, but the music is good and it does not bother us. I could see how would certainly bother others as it does go on late. Place is surrounded by street on one side, shops on another (with very very bright lightning that shines in camper and park) )and houses on the other would certainly be much better with some type of tall fencing to block some of that out. Many improvements could be made to have a nice rv park here adding. Last comment. They do not assign spots or take requests. Get assigned spot upon checkin. Some people like bar band, others do not. Some want to be by beach access, others do not. Let people pick. We will not stay again unless can specify spot. There are decent spots and really bad spots. If I could pick spot, would be so much happier. Asked upon Checkin to not be by road as we had a 3 yr old. Said no spots available. There were many sites all week empty. Empty site is not a good sign either.

Just walk carefully as the floor does get slippery when wet. I took an old towel to throw down. There are no trees, but there is lots of grass and small ponds. There are two dog areas (large and small dogs) with agility courses. And then there's a dog wash area. This is a quiet campground. No permanents or seasonal folks. No street noise. Just birds and quiet. But here's the deal; the GPS coordinates take you on a roundabout odd way. And I had read that on another review. So, I called the campground and Shannon said to stay on 231. We did and we went right to the entrance, which is part of Magnolia Creek. It's about 7 miles from the Florida/Georgia line. (Just stay on 231) it's a big boulevard entrance that winds around down to the campground. Large house is the office. Again, this place is just awesome!

I highly recommend! You will need a pressure regulator, the water pressure is high! If you stay hooked up all the hook ups are at the back of the pads.
