It's so clean and organized..they have simplified and a lot more user-friendly than most I've been to. I feel like the Home Depot to be growing up a little bit For a long time they were messy, construction men who are pros were there the most n knew what they wanted n their products were good but found the whole experience to be negative and confusing, with no support. Plus it was so big and intimidating ..I just couldn't be comfortable there.liked it any minute somebody who had really long boards in their cart was going to whack me in the head I couldn't even find the cashier. Not anymore! Wow what a difference! I think it's getting better...they have more items that as a female homeowner is looking for also and the support to find items I might need but was afraid to ask. I could relate to them now, and locate the items that I was looking for and the staff at the store has just been great to me whenever I go there. No person or no store or no company is perfect. All of your valves for the washing machine application have "blue" handles. The gal in the Plumbing Dept. said there is no such thing as "red" handled valves for a washer hook up. I tried to explain that "red" is for the hot water and "blue" is for the cold water hook up. She got kind of "huffy" and told me top paint it "red ". To which I responded that she should talk to whomever orders the valves should get a paint brush and some red paint and when the next shipment comes in, paint half of them "red". I have been doing plumbing for a long time and the red/blue has always been a standard application for a wash machine hook up. Jim S

My own brother said that some of the custom orders cost less than the cost of the material he would have to pay for if he made them himself.

I am a contractor and my first buying experience with WalzCraft was less than stellar. The…read moreoriginal sales rep was only willing to offer minimal information about the product specs and how their panels interact with hardware in order to have a successful outcome. The hardware vendor had no issue working with WalzCraft products to the detail. Unfortunately, the WalzCraft rep and sales manager were quick to push back whenever details of the solution went a little off script. For example: The drawer fronts have recessed panels to match the cabinet doors and as such offer nothing to screw into from inside the drawer box without breaking through to the front of the recessed panel and ruining the finish. WalzCraft was disinterested and provided no solution, preferring instead to get onto the next sale. Eventually the sales rep sent information about thin metal angles that can attach the drawer fronts to the drawer box from the side, but these were not mentioned prior to the sale. These would work fine but the original rep didn't offer these until after I was told they had no solution, forcing me to devise a way on my own to cowboy them in the field. When the sales manager took the initiative to pick up the issue he was unwilling to provide them to me (~$20) in the name of customer service after all the unnecessary back and forth. This is an unprofessional group more interested in toeing the company line and making the next sale rather than engage in minimal problem solving expected with any such project. Interestingly, the hardware vendor who was willing to get into the weeds a little has my business for life, whereas WalzCraft, who seem overly worried about some kind of liability issue, will not get any more business from me. Good luck and be prepared to learn WalzCraft specs better than their staff before you order bc you'll get little support afterwards.
