I know this is one of the shining stars of this park not the mention the OG version of the ride but…read moremy home park is WDW Property so I know what I was in for (they are exact copies so if you've ridden one you've ridden both) The details in the queue are excellent. I'll give them that. A harkening back to the Eisner era. I did love that and the line wasn't too terrible for a weekend when I was there (fall 2024) however the one time we rode, we got stuck for 6 min on an error screen and then got pushed to the finally missing most of the ride with no apologies, no extra magic to compensate, no even acknowledging that after waiting in line for over 40 min we basically didn't get to ride the ride. It was my husbands first time on this particular ride (the line is is always over an hour at EPCOT so it's a no for him) so this was really disappointing

Such a fun ride - especially if you're a Ratatouille fan! I went on a Wednesday and the single…read morerider line was consistently short, which made it super easy to ride more than once. It's a trackless ride, and you "shrink" down to Remy's size and scurry through a larger-than-life kitchen and restaurant. The movement is smooth, immersive, and full of charming little surprises. Even the queue is themed, making you feel like you're waiting on a Parisian rooftop next to Gusteau's restaurant. Definitely worth doing - especially if you can take advantage of the single rider line!

Buffalo Bill's Wild West show is kind of like the old western version of Medieval Times dinner…read moreshow. After you check into the venue, you get a cowboy hat with a colored stripe denoting your seating section and team. These people are going to be your homies for the rest of the night. Before you get to your seat, there's an open area with a full bar so I ended up getting a drink. However, I would soon find out that one of the free unlimited drink options included with dinner is beer. So if that's your jam, skip the bar. The premise of the show is that Buffalo Bill organizes a competition with respective cowboys and Indians (Native Ameri...Frenchmens?) who are representing your seating section. Why is Buffalo Bill doing this? Who knows? I was told we would be fed so I went with it and his crazy ideas. Once the show started they start bringing the food out and the amount is pretty unheard of for a Disney dining option. You get: - Refilable beverage choice of soda or beer (pretty standard lager) - Tortilla chips - Chili bowl - Corn bread - Roasted chicken - Pork ribs - Ice cream for desert The food is decent and the portion size is big. The majority of the people did not finish everything. The servers are pretty eager to clear our your dishes once you finish eating and will come around to check on you pretty frequently. During the show, Annie Oakley will randomly come out and "shoot" signs and other inanimate objects. Bill talks and has the cowboys and Indians run around and ride horses for the honor of their respective houses. My red team didn't do very well and lost in the competition. To this day I still believe it was rigged and we were cheated out of our rightful glory. In the end some bank robbers are stopped and everyone gets rewarded with chocolate coins. Overall an entertaining night.
