Kelly created a fantastic colour for my hair and gave me an amazing cut. Everyone in the salon was so nice and friendly (I hate snooty salons) and there was much laughter between clients and staff. It honestly was such a great experience. I'm getting married next year and will definitely go back to have my wedding hair done there. I have booked my next appointment for seven weeks' time and am already looking forward to going back. Can't recommend highly enough.

I signed up for a course of treatments, at which point she was oh so happy to take my money. The iLipo was advertised as hour long sessions, after which you could use the salon's 'gym equipment' to enhance the treatment. In reality, the cross trainer was broken for my 1st 3 sessions and so I couldn't use it. In a later session someone who had just finished her treatment was on the cross trainer when I walked in, and the therapist asked me to get undressed and lie on the bed. I explained that I felt uncomfortable doing so in company and so the other lady was asked to leave until I was on the bed covered with a towel; awkward for both if us. At this point I emailed the salon asking if it was possible to get my money back if I cancelled my remaining sessions. I was sent a very brusque note saying 'no'. Rather than waste money I therefore resigned myself to finishing the course. The next day after work I drove to the salon (20 miles from where I work). Stuck in traffic I rang and gave my name to the salon manager who said not to worry, just get there ASAP. When I arrived (only 5 mins late) I gave my name to the same woman only to be told "but you cancelled your appointment. The staff have gone home." I was FUMING. She didn't even offer an apology unt I was walking out of the door, let alone offer to re-imburse my petrol or parking costs. Very reluctantly I re-booked the final 2 appointments. The final straw then came when I got stuck working late and called the salon to say I couldn't make my last appointment. It went to voicemail so I explained and asked them to contact me with a new time. I then received an email telling me that it was too late notice and they wouldn't re-book!! Despite the fact they had cancelled on me with NO notice previously. I am so angry and upset - what a waste of time and money. Please please please don't be fooled like I was - DO NOT USE THIS SALON.

They sacrifice quality for speed, and the results are mixed. Sometimes you want speed, but other times you need diligence and time is not an issue. Customer care can be a bit patchy too. Having said that, I wouldn't recommend anywhere else in the area, and I keep going back!
