Mr Richards explained the pros and cons of the procedure, showed me some before and after pictures of the op and a couple of patient testimonials that he puts on his channel on You Tube. Once I had made my mind up I booked in for my sizing appointment with a very nice lady, called Libby, if I remember rightly. My operation took place at a private hospital in High Wycombe. I had regular free follow up appointments to ensure there were no problems. I would 110% recommend Mr Richards and his team at Aurora Clinics - they are faultless in all they do and make you feel so at ease. Now i have come to know that they have a little hidden gem at the Paddocks where I also now go for regular botox treatments. She could not have the kind of conversation I hoped for (she did not have the medical background or training). I was incredibly disappointed. My appointment slot was originally 30 minutes but I left after 5. The whole interaction was rather bizarre and entirely unhelpful. Make sure you make an appointment with a board-certified doctor and not a so-called "skin therapist".
