NO STARS!!!! SHOCKED AT THE MISHANDLING OF CUSTOMERS!! We were literally cursed out by the owner!!! Went in for a nose ring with a couple girlfriends. As we walked to the seat together... owner aggressively walks over and loudly says "you gotta get back over there" shocked we all felt the awkward tone. It's never what you say but how you say it. As we back against the wall one of us get close to our friend to take a picture so we can all walk back to the seating area... Owner walks back over LOUDER "DIDNT I SAY GET BACK" ... we all froze and express "wow" . I said to him that delivery was horrible and could say things nicer as we were no longer in the way . Owner proceeds to say "i said get back idiot" ... there were a few choice words i had for him to express the disappointment in his behavior and word choice for us before we departed but know he isn't pleasant and the employees are also aware of his behavior. What will never happen is allowing someone to speak to me in such a tone. We brought money to spend and the customer service is not their. That also has to impact the service they provide from consistent distraction of his behavior....you could see the employees happiness to see someone stand up to him. Very angered man !!!!!! I like this shop and the artists...couple months back my friend was looking for someone to do a nice size piece on his back- that night! Called them up and Beebe said come on him, he'd stay until the job was done. He drew up an awesome design and we were here until 3am. Dedicated. Brought my lil cuz for his first and another guy did a great job for a great deal. I also got my nose pierced that night and dude (wish I could remember his name!) was super patient, explained everything and was pretty awesome. I'm back today with my aunt and decided to go ahead and get one by Beebe. He's got the quietest gun ever and a soft touch. I also got my nose ring switched out (ouch!!) The shop is currently going trough a little remodel but is clean, has a pool table, a tv where you can watch Netflix and of course music playing. There are private rooms in the back if you're getting something in private places lol. I recommend this place and at least 3 of the artists here. Nice peeps and accommodating. read more

Shop is super clean and everyone (except the guy who did my tattoo) is super friendly and will keep you laughing. The pricing is great, my friend and I both came prepared to spend about $200 a piece and we spent a little less than that together, and we both got decent size tattoos. The reason I gave them four stars instead of five is because of two things. They say they open at noon, but no one showed up until about 1:30. By that time there was a good bit of people waiting (but they got everyone in, taken care of and cleared out by 3:00). When we did get in there was only one guy there at the moment. He started asking people who were getting tattoos if they knew what they wanted/where they wanted it and he immediately started having people send him stuff so he could print it and have everything ready so we could in the chair once the other artist arrived. He told those that was getting piercings that the piercer would be there shortly. The second thing is my tattoo artist was really unfriendly (I've never had an artist that didn't talk to me while I was getting my tattoo done). He only spoke to me to tell me to stand up, turn slightly or some other instructions. When I was finished I asked him if he had changed because I was still planning on tipping him and he just looked at me and said no. I thought it was odd that he didn't check with anyone else in the shop, as I had seen the artist giving each other change the entire time I was there. He did do a really good job. I am appalled at the quality of work performed at this tattoo joint. The tattoos done on my arms (both the size of a dime) were done for 60 BUCKS! Not only was I grossly OVERCHARGED, but when I arrived to complain to the shop manager, it turns out SHE IS THE ONE WHO DID THE POOR WORK (COURTNEY)! I got a tattoo from a guy named Frost and that tattoo means a lot to me because it's a mantra I used to get through certain things. And the tattoo was terrible. The customer service was also terrible. When I went there Frost seemed like he did not want to do my tattoo and he had an attitude the whole time. When I left he just taped a piece of blue plastic to my arm. The tattoo was $100 and was not worth it at all. I have a couple scars on my right arm, there are missing lines, and the words are too close together. You can't even read part of it because of the missing lines and the scars Frost gave me. I went there last weekend to see if I could get my money back and all of the owners employees said the owner would be the only one that could get my money back so they gave me his phone number. I texted and I got no reply. For the past week I've been trying to get my money back by getting in contact with the owner. I was DMing him and he would read my messages but not reply. Today I had to call the shop and one of his employees said his phone was broken but right when I got off the phone with the shop the owner called me and said I had to get my money back from Frost. He told me that he didn't work at Hollywood ink anymore and that he worked at tattooing u. I've been in contact with Hollywood ink for months but when I got in contact with Frost he constantly cut me off and told me I can't get my money back and eventually hung up on me while I was mid sentence. My tattoo looks terrible and I was gonna use the refund money to get the tattoo put somewhere else and I would eventually save up the money to get the bad one covered up by someone with more experience. read more
