Rikko and Dave communicated quickly and honestly. Dave came out the next morning of my request and installed the entire motor assembly and track for a very reasonable price. That said, I had Dave also change out my rollers while he was at it. Dave's kindness and expertise didn't stop there. He connected my new clickers to both garage doors that I have, sprayed all components, reconnected my old outside keypad to my second garage door as well as ensuring the new setup all functioned flawlessly. I definitely recommend The Garage Man for any repairs or replacements. Blown away, thanks guys.

Victor was the first to respond with a high level estimate that I thought was a little high. A day later, he called me with an updated quote, after reviewing the job more thoroughly and his new estimate was right in line with where I thought it should be. Victor showed up the next day with his son and they got to work on the job. Great quality work from two very good people. I am very happy with the work they performed, the price and overall communication. Next project I have that fits their skillset, I will definitely be reaching out to them.

Life got busy, I forgot to get back in contact with him and he was gracious. Thanks Color Changers! I'll be calling for more fixer-upper jobs in the future! You do great work.

Their work was super high quality and didn't require any follow up. They just finished painting our interior and delivered quality, care, and attention! We had several ceilings requiring repair from a leaky roof. They made them look like new. The perfect edges on the crown molding, stairway and spindles, and butler pantry were fantastic. There is a good reason you always see their vans on every street in midtown. They take care of you, and leave nothing undone.

Service Requested/No response…read more I've called multiple times over the past three weeks (at least 5-6) to request someone come out to give an estimate on a sunroom. Each time I left my name and number. I also filled out the form on their website to request a consultation. I finally spoke to one guy who requested I take pictures of my backyard to send to him which I did. And then I never heard back again. He never called me back which is odd. I'm not sure if they are short staffed or unorganized but it should not take multiple calls over and over to get someone to come out. At this point we will use another contractor as this is probably an indicator of how they do business. Unresponsive to customers.

Solid easy transaction…read more I am not sure why I waited so long to get them to come out and fix my garage door. It makes me feel like a dumbass that I assumed the worst case scenario and avoided calling for a repair. It was a quick and easy transaction from start to finish. I made the call on Wednesday and they came on Thursday. They called ahead of time of the appointment and arrived on time. My door would not open or close all of the way on its own anymore. I figured I needed a whole new door opener. The technician knew exactly what was wrong and actually talked me out of buying the new opener. He suggested we try changing the control board first and see if fixed it. That sun of a gun was right! It was the control board. It was probably overpriced but I don't care. It's done and I am no longer a dumbass... well... that's probably debatable if you ask my wife.
