Katheryn not only breeds beautiful, kind and affection dogs, she is absolutely the kindest animal lover I have ever meet! I was at her home for over 2 hours and there were puppies and older dogs all loose in her back yard. One more affectionate than the other. I looked around for a month...hands down, God played a role and guided me to my "Angel." Look no further, get your puppy from her. Joanie Village of Duvall

Areas that could improve: 1. store was very small, and unfortunately Saturday was packed with people. If Saturday is most the people, perhaps making a reservation only would be a better experience. 2. The staff working was friendly, but only one spoke English. Clearly more employees are needed to help. 3. The processing time was horrible. I think we were just waiting for 3hours. Again, this was caused by high volume of people and only one person who spoke English. 4. Overall puppy purchase transaction was let's just say underwhelming. When spending amount 1k on a dog, I expected a little more. A nice "welcome packet" partnership with other local businesses giving pet discount items, etc. We did get a bag of puppy food and can of wet food. That's it. 5. The amount of redundant forms could really be streamlined by using a tablet and basic technology

According to that site we were supposed to get a dog that was seen by a vet and approved for sale and had all updated shots. Imagine our disappointment when we arrived home to see her shot records only included shots from when she was 1 months old! No rabies shots ever, which is illegal in FL! I reached out to the owner who also stated she had never given her heart worm medication either! I also sent her a picture of Bellas teeth which were in terrible shape. So basically they just bred her and made money off her and then sold her. The owner did agree to pay me for vaccinations and testing (thank goodness she was negative for heart worms). She did pay some after various excuses but missed (again) a promised payment. Please don't buy a puppy from Tiny Puppies World.

ZERO STARS ! This is the worst grooming experience I ever had . I have a miniature Pomeranian that…read moreI told there 11/20/21 for a full groom. This groomer decided to not follow the notes that were left for the groom and completely cut off my Pomeranian top coat off ( once top coat is cut the hair may never grow back the same ) and they didn't not groom his coat evenly Then they CUT OFF HIS WHISKERS ! They lacked sympathy and did not try to rectify the issue. This groomer should be fired as they showed no regard for the requested groom or my dogs well-being. His whiskers and top coat should never be cut !! He is a Pomeranian! This groomer clearly does not know how to groom a Pomeranian. I am highly dissatisfied ! Honestly if my dog came out looking like this then they probably treated him bad as well
