I have to give a huge shoutout to this company, they saved me on a last-minute trip from Burlington…read moreto Montreal! That night, I called almost every transportation company in and around BTV trying to book something last minute, they were the only ones who picked up and said yes right away. Honestly, I still had my doubts even after booking -- but as my plane was landing, they called to confirm, and my driver was already waiting for me right outside the airport! My driver (wish I remembered her name!) was so friendly and clearly knew the roads really well. Since this was my first time crossing a land border, she gave me great tips on how the crossing works and how to talk to customs agents -- super helpful for a first-timer like me. She was also really flexible and accommodating without charging anything extra. What really stood out was that both the driver and the company followed up after the trip just to check that I got home safely. It's a small thing, but it made the whole ride feel less like a transaction and more like getting a ride from a friend or a cousin. Highly recommend these guys if you need reliable transportation between Burlington and Montreal -- professional, kind, and genuinely caring. Five stars!

Received quote via email for 2 passengers from Burlington airport to Morrisville for my teenage…read moredaughter and classmate heading back to college. Quote was $110. After driving away from airport the driver tells my daughter the price is now $125, she doesn't argue as they are in the middle of nowhere and they are scared to be kicked out in the middle of nowhere. Upon arrival at the destination the driver says to give him the $125 or he will keep their luggage. I emailed Zaki, who gave me the quote, he tells me just give the driver $120 and they will give back luggage. After a lot of arguing and letting him know I will be reporting him to the Taxi Admin of Vermont, he instructs driver to release the luggage. I have 2 very terrified girls who are now thankfully safe. This company is using bait and switch tactics. I always try and support minority owned businesses, but will NEVER use this service again. I am waiting on a call back from the taxi admin and will be taking this issue as far as possible. The money isn't the point, it's the fear and intimidation they use to get more money.

We had barely arrived at Smugglers Notch resort for a family vacation around Christmas when I…read morelearned my parents were having a crisis at home. Their realtor had not arranged for an appraisal so now they had no financing in place for their new condo. I needed to get from the resort in the mountains of VT close to the Canadian border to a bank in Manhattan by early the next morning to wire them money and then turn around and come back to the resort to my husband and children. We did not have our car as we had taken the train. There was no train as there was only one a day and we had missed it. The one bus had no more tickets. The normal big national chain I used for driving for business purposes was not even answering their phone. I called and called for about two hours until I connected with this company. In about ten minutes they had set me up with a quote and a driver. He picked me up at midnight and drove me through the night to Manhattan. I was able to sleep a bit in the seat which reclined back. He got me there before the bank opened and then picked me up when the transaction was over and drove me all the way back. My parents had their wire by the end of the same day because I had gotten there so early and they were able to get to settlement on their condo. Crisis averted. The quote was very reasonable and the driver and the person on the phone setting up the trip were both great. This company basically was the only option I had that night to rescue my parents -- so thank goodness for these people!
