It was only a 3 mile trip yet two other companies quoted me over $350 because they have a 2 hour minimum. Ted offered his services at a fraction of that amount and the experience could not have been better. He communicated with me the morning of to let us know he was on the way, he arrived on time and was very helpful getting three senior citizens and tons of bags into his van. Very personable, the van was immaculate and the entire experience was 5 star. Highly recommend this company if you are ever in need of shuttle service in the BTV area.

He drove us home for over an hour, waiting for 40 minutes for the ferry without any sign of impatience. Once we arrived, he helped us bring our bags to the house. I have to give a huge shoutout to this company, they saved me on a last-minute trip from Burlington…read moreto Montreal! That night, I called almost every transportation company in and around BTV trying to book something last minute, they were the only ones who picked up and said yes right away. Honestly, I still had my doubts even after booking -- but as my plane was landing, they called to confirm, and my driver was already waiting for me right outside the airport! My driver (wish I remembered her name!) was so friendly and clearly knew the roads really well. Since this was my first time crossing a land border, she gave me great tips on how the crossing works and how to talk to customs agents -- super helpful for a first-timer like me. She was also really flexible and accommodating without charging anything extra. What really stood out was that both the driver and the company followed up after the trip just to check that I got home safely. It's a small thing, but it made the whole ride feel less like a transaction and more like getting a ride from a friend or a cousin. Highly recommend these guys if you need reliable transportation between Burlington and Montreal -- professional, kind, and genuinely caring. Five stars!

It was clean inside, but when we got in it was so cold we didn't want to take our coats off and when I turned on the heat it was set to 99 degrees and when I tried to turn it down the buttons didn't work (you had to push the button 4-10 times to go down one degree) and then it would plummet to 54 degrees and blow cold air on us. So the whole ride I was turning the heat on and off to try to keep it a normal temperature. They also asked me if I wanted ice when I booked the limo, but when I looked in the cooler, all I found was 2 empty ice bags. Overall, it was fine, but the company should fix the heater since it is winter.
