He measured the windows and told me he'd provide me with a quote the following day. I got the promised quote (very reasonable) the next day and decided to proceed with the project. The shades arrived within the time frame Rich gave me and when he had them, he called to schedule the installation. Rich and his coworker again arrived at the promised time and the install was so quick! I'm in love with my new shades. At a time where it's hard to get a contractor to just return a phone call, Rich and his company were a breath of fresh air from start to finish!

The gentleman who installed them was very professional although one of the blinds was incorrect so he said they'd have to come back with the new one. There was no follow up and again I had to call to see when the correct one would be arriving. Again installation was an automated text and it was installed, without any personal contact from the company. Then finally my shutters arrived and one was mis measured so it doesn't close properly. I've called with no response and then the appointment again was texted over. I didn't confirm the appt but I got a call on the day the person was installing to tell me he had arrived to see where I was. I called to let someone know how disappointed I was with the customer service a few weeks ago and have not heard back, and still have a shutter that doesn't fit. Incredible.

He was truly friendly and very informative about the products. Sometime later, our patio blinds had an issue and we contacted them. Mike, who was the original installer, came by and shortly after discovered there was another issue going on simultaneously. He took the entire mechanism to the shop where they repaired everything at no cost(minus the visit cost). Fast forward to now, our bedroom blinds stopped working recently and my wife contacted the original installer who informed her that the company was sold and he was no longer there. So she reached out to the new owner, who apparently works 3 days/week and also has another job. After 2 and 1/2 weeks of waiting- the owner called back and without so much as offering an apology to my wife for the waiting time-he proceeded to say that they would come out for a monetary fee but that he now only deals with designers. Needless to say- my wife was not pleased at all by his attitude and his remarks. Fortunately there is a company in Bedford who will be able to repair our blinds. And they were very friendly on the phone. As for Window Fantasies- sounds more like Window Nightmares with this new owner who I can promise will never have our business in this lifetime.
