She told us that Solar 1% is the same as Light Filtering, which gave us a few more options. She provided prices on the spot for every choice I was considering. When I placed my order for the Leyton Swan material, I felt great about both my selection and the value I was getting. Tranae was super knowledgeable and made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. Thank you!

After measuring, he let me know that the company does not make blinds for my window, as it would be a custom size, and Blinds to Go does not do this for an arch window of my measurements. When I asked for a refund of my deposit, the saleswoman said I would still have to pay for the measurement person's work, $50. I told her that I didn't cancel my order, the company did, I want that $50 back, and she said this is the company's policy. This makes no sense. Update: After calling and complaining to the company's main office and explaining the situation, I am being refunded for the whole order.

Karen Young and her Gotcha Covered business are quite a find! We first met Karen at a home show and…read morewere impressed. Two years later, she just completed our third blind and shutter installation and we are thrilled. Karen is professional, personable, and has a great eye for design. On all three projects she was patient and provided us with great suggestions for different types of fabrics and colors that we could consider. Her products range in price, and she provided us with reasonable suggestions. We spent more on the drapes and blinds in our bedroom, but she recommended a more economical line for our guest room, which I really appreciated. We thought we would just do another set of blinds in our bathroom, but she suggested shutters, which are gorgeous. Great ideas! Monique is the woman who helps Karen with installations and likewise, she is terrific. I feel comfortable having them both in my home - even when I am not there - because they are trustworthy, responsible, and professional. I highly recommend Karen Young and the products she provides through Gotcha Covered!

I got a few quotes from vendors I had reached out to on Yelp (thank goodness for Yelp) after first trying a personal referral from a friend that went poorly. I had two vendors come over and I like the brand of product that Paul brought for cellular shades, Comfortex. They had all sorts of beautiful colors and textures for the fabric cellular shades I had, and it was hard to choose! Another vendor I had come to my house did not have this brand, but had a brand that did not offer a fabric black-out cellular shade. I am really glad I had ABC Shades come over first so that I could see what was out there first. The shades have been installed and they are beautiful. Everything from start to finish was smooth and everything about the process was seamless. Having these new shades have really perked up the appearance of the 3 rooms I had them installed in. I knew they were not going to be cheap, but the fact is that these are custom-built for my windows, and I was able to select a lovely fabric. I also selected a higher end fabric so that I could get exactly what I want because I actually keep my shades closed almost 100% of the time, so I want to make sure I like looking at them. Thanks Paul!

He came today (despite very bad weather) to install them. We love our new shades. Everything was very professionally installed, and he removed all the packaging neatly. We highly recommend Paul Conti and ABC Shades and Blinds. Good value for the money. We have the right shades on a large sliding door, windows which needed privacy with top down /bottom up option, and light filtering. We started out thinking we wanted electric but as we reviewed our needs with Paul, ended up deciding against it. Also it was only about a 3 week turnaround from when Paul came to the house to measure, to installation. Great job

He was truly friendly and very informative about the products. Sometime later, our patio blinds had an issue and we contacted them. Mike, who was the original installer, came by and shortly after discovered there was another issue going on simultaneously. He took the entire mechanism to the shop where they repaired everything at no cost(minus the visit cost). Fast forward to now, our bedroom blinds stopped working recently and my wife contacted the original installer who informed her that the company was sold and he was no longer there. So she reached out to the new owner, who apparently works 3 days/week and also has another job. After 2 and 1/2 weeks of waiting- the owner called back and without so much as offering an apology to my wife for the waiting time-he proceeded to say that they would come out for a monetary fee but that he now only deals with designers. Needless to say- my wife was not pleased at all by his attitude and his remarks. Fortunately there is a company in Bedford who will be able to repair our blinds. And they were very friendly on the phone. As for Window Fantasies- sounds more like Window Nightmares with this new owner who I can promise will never have our business in this lifetime.

The gentleman who installed them was very professional although one of the blinds was incorrect so he said they'd have to come back with the new one. Again installation was an automated text and it was installed, without any personal contact from the company. Then finally my shutters arrived and one was mis measured so it doesn't close properly. I've called with no response and then the appointment again was texted over. I didn't confirm the appt but I got a call on the day the person was installing to tell me he had arrived to see where I was. I called to let someone know how disappointed I was with the customer service a few weeks ago and have not heard back, and still have a shutter that doesn't fit. Incredible.

They were very informative, accommodating, and patient with us. We purchased motorized shades for our living room. They are super quiet, easy to control with a remote, an app on our phones, and are really easy to use with our Google Home. The shades look amazing, so much better than the plastic blinds with dangling strings that we had before. We also ordered 3 custom cornice boards for the living room & dining room. One of the valences was over 166" wide!! Tony and Laura gave us plenty of fabric options and let us order larger swatches of our top choices to help us decide. Tony really put a lot of effort into our order, he went out of his way to ensure that the cornice board style and fabric we wanted would be made to fit our window and would look just how we wanted it to. He even attached the rechargeable shade battery under the cornice board for easy access! Our shades and cornice boards came out beautifully and the quality of the products is top notch. They were considerate of our budget and helped us make choices that were within our range. Stacey's is there for the entire process from the beginning to the end. No 3rd party sales or installers! We felt safe leaving door unlocked for them to install while I was at work. We would 100% work with them again and recommend them without hesitation. They even surprised us with a matching throw pillow for free. Thank you so much Stacy's! Support a local business and contact them today.
