I hired Cascade Paving and Sealcoating to sealcoat my long driveway and large parking area. I…read moreattempted to get multiple bids and finally managed to get three. The other companies were slow to even bid the job. Cascade was here within 2 or 3 days to give their bid and when I selected them they did the job within 2 days. It was completed quickly and they did a great job. They filled some small cracks I hadn't even noticed. They took the time to clean the edges of the asphalt and ensure the sealcoat went clear to the ground. I am very pleased with the overall results and would highly recommend them for any sealcoating job.

We met with Chris (owner) about our sad lawn that had multiple issues and, after a really wet winter, there was also an overgrowth of moss. No other company seemed to know what to do with it and getting it back into shape was beyond our basic gardening knowledge. Chris got right to work diagnosing and prescribing. After one application of moss control/fertilizer, the lawn is already greening up and looking healthier. He'll be back to aerate, rake, and seed. Chris and his partner also took care of some shrub issues in our yard. Chris is truly a lawn doctor...he knows everything about treatments, products (and their ingredients). He was respectful of our desire to keep harmful chemicals away from our pups and the environment. We are customers for life.

He then reset a couple of sprinkler heads while waiting for me to show up to talk about our condo complex service needs as he was not even current our landscaper. He knows his trees and bushes. It was obvious that he even knows how to manage owners and board members. We are grateful.

I originally got my cutters and moss removal in July. The end of September I notice green moss still on my roof. Emmett told me the reason there is green moss is because the moisture on my roof. We had a very hot summer/fall. It did not rain in those 3 months. There should've been "new" green moss growing at all. It was a nightmare trying to get a hold and to confirm an actual date for his company to finish the original job. (It took over month and half to get on his books.) Some how I had to pay an additional 225$, from the original price of 875$ for his company to come out (not even 3 months later) to get all the moss off. This was a joke and the most unprofessional company I've ever worked with. NEVER AGAIN! Please save yourself the trouble & find someone with a work ethic!

Then Able Fence Company came along and said, "Yeah, we can do that." My salesperson was Jason, who was professional and trustworthy. The fantastic crew I had was John, Justin, and Cody. It was a large project that took a week to complete, and I am thrilled with the end result! Not only was Jason attentive to our needs, but he also listened and kept me informed. However, the crew they assigned to me was a young, outstanding group of men. They asked questions and their attention to detail was excellent. They involved me in their steps and helped with decision-making. Whenever they were uncertain if I would like something, they would come and get me. I love that attention to detail. I AM going to use Able Fence for my next project, a fenced-in Veggie garden, and I will, hands down, request that same crew! Thank you, Able Fencing, for my new and safe dog area for my pups.
