The self-service scanning technology eliminated the need for frequent visits, as everything was handled online. Communication via their app and text was excellent. The staff is top-notch and the office clean, modern, and sleek. Our son needed his teeth straightened, and Dr. Kim and the entire team did an outstanding job. His treatment recently wrapped up, and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. Even though it wasn't an emergency and was just my mouth adjusting to the wires, they still made time to fit me into their busy schedule and reassured me everything was fine. That extra care really stood out to me. They didn't have to bring me in, but since day one they've gone above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable. Now I'm four months into treatment with no cold sores, no wire issues, and no complications at all. First of all after an initial consultation and receiving pricing, they were open to further negotiation on the final price. I want to emphasise that no other Orthodontist office ( I visited 4 other places, top reviewed offices before making my final decision) gave me this consideration. Secondly the staff was very kind and had the Aloha Spirit in a genuine way. Thirdly after receiving my invisalign trays they were always helpful if I had any issues or questions. They gave me a goodie bag of a power toothbrush, retainer container, mouth wash, packets to clean my retainers and rubber bands. My visits to the office to check on progress were always positive and they always gave me support and were excited for my transformation. The office is next to a restroom which is convenient and inside the office itself is very clean, bright and they have an amazing sweeping view of Ala Moana Beach Park which is very beautiful. The parking is easy since you just use Ala Moana Center parking which is covered and there are always spots available. My conclusion upon completing my invisalign trays was an absolute success. It was painless and actually a fun process. Very dissatisfied…read more Initially, I went with Holiday to get Invisalign. I truly felt like they were really pushing me to sign the contract for the sale. I was already planning to commit, but didn't feel any type of genuine connection as a patient/client on behalf of the sales team. I did sign. But, having committed to spending thousands of dollars you would think that they would have set me up for success.. only to find out the day I get fitted for my retainers, "Oh, we don't have the digital monitoring attachment for iPhone 17 pro max. We will call you to pick that up when we get the attachment...." Like, shouldn't you have asked what kind of phone I had before? They said the attachment would come in a week, and they would give me a call when it becomes available so I can pick it up. I waited a week.. a month... I am now on week 13 out of 26 and they send me a text asking why I haven't started my digital monitoring...? OH, with the attachment that you never bothered to call me to pick up? Um, hello... I was waiting for a call back. If that wasn't bad enough.. They sent me a "referral" by text message to get my wisdom teeth removed.. I was very nervous to do the removal, and if my nerves weren't already firing, I found out the day of surgery that Holiday Orthodontics Pearl City never even sent a referral stating which teeth should be removed, or anything at all for that matter. Super unprofessional. Super irritating. Super offended as a customer who trusted them with my smile. I am happy with the results of my retainers, but wish I could have filled the pockets of an Orthodontist that actually cares about their patients. Now I'm stuck making installments to these guys. Unreal.

I dont really give out reviews unless I find it necessary. That said, I only do so when it's bad service. When I told them it felt off, the doctor fixed it on the OPPOSITE side of where I told them, which wouldn't be a problem, but when they fixed it on the right side, it added up so ultimately it still had the same issue. Not only that, the person who was taking care of me [i didn't get her name] pinched my lip pretty hard between the braces wire and the brackets. When I reacted the first time, it hurt pretty bad. I was still a little worried when she did it again, because she pinched it a few times and it stung a bit while she put it on, I flinched. She seemed kind of annoyed at that. I felt uncared for and like they didn't care about my comfort and needs. Now I look at it, it's really uncomfortable to "rest" my mouth to look normal, and when I actually rest it the "build up" is what they called it, forces my mouth to look crooked due to uneven amounts on each side. It's slightly unclear in the photos, but it's more clear if I had gotten them from the same angle. Other than that normally it's better service, so hopefully it'll get better again with time with this new doctor, but I'm not a fan of it so far.

He wasn't wearing his retainers like he was supposed to. His teeth started shifting a little. Dr. Scott made him two sets of Invisalign that he has to wear for the next month after getting off his metal braces. He did this free of charge. If my son doesn't wear them and his teeth shifts some more it'll take 2k to fix. Now, I'm on my son's behind to wear the Invisalign 22 hours a day.
