I had a bad experience at a local business on 4th Avenue, so I was recommended to go to EM. I'm glad I followed up and had a positive experience from the moment I met Boris and his lovely wife. Boris, the owner, guided me through the entire process with incredible grace and expertise. Everything was meticulously organized and of the highest quality. I highly recommend working with Eternity Monuments. Boris and his lovely wife were truly exceptional. Additionally, the correspondence was impeccable; letting us approve the stone via texts when it was ready, letting us know when the head stone was delivered, etc. Very satisfied & happy customer.

Our cemetery would not make any recommendations and only a hand full of friends have had to make this choice in their lives so no real solid leads. So, I did some research and found Davydov on Yelp! Their reviews were very good so we decided to go with them. With in 24 hours Mr Albert Davydov contacted me and was very knowledgeable and up front with how the work has been heavier then normal due to the Covid virus. We were in no rush and we're actually thinking Spring delivery when we started this journey in August. Albert listened to our vision and helped us every step of the way from color of stone, lettering style, quotes, and designs. Our cemetery is very strict with specifications allowed and Albert assisted us through the while process making it so much easier fir us. Sadly, my younger brother passed away so the monument production came to a halt and more paperwork was needed before production could commence. Thank goodness for Albert and his experience, we were in total shock with this passing and Albert kept us on track. Towards the end one of our very important details was not going to work as we thought and although we were sad; it sounded like the words would be too small couldn't be done. We would be happy with just the shape of the badge. We were so thankful for Albert's patience with us. Well...the monument was delivered and it looks stunning! Albert and his design team decided to HAND etch the details of the badge for us and I was speechless! It truly is a beautiful monument and highly recommend Albert and the Davydov team to help you create a monument worthy of your loved one. God bless you Albert! From the whole family we THANK YOU!

All you that went with prostitution - get your dirty minds outta the gutter. Full disclosure, I'm not against it. So brass is being lifted, as in stolen from what I was told - all around NY cemeteries, gosh we're stooping to new lows in today's society folks - so brass or any moderately rare metals were out as to plates or ornimental decorations. Albert informed us that certain sections get certain sizes so ya can't just plop any headstones anywhere, there is a system and we were in the more moderately priced section. I was convinced that this was going to be a trying task, but with double monitors and PDF's up the ying yang, choosing a proper headstone was as easy as ordering business cards online, give or take We waited till spring, as Albert advised so the dirt will have time to settle, no mud will splash up upon the black granite and new grass will sprout around it soon, as soon as it's delivered which thankfully is part of the price.

When grieving the loss of a loved one, the last thing you want to do is chase down a company for a simple inscription on a tombstone. I first reached out to Robin Cohen in July 2024, and as of February 28, 2025, the inscription still hasn't been completed. Robin has provided countless excuses for the delay, including incomplete paperwork, payment issues for the permit, blaming the cemetery operations manager, and most notably, weather. The constant claim is that work can't be done if the temperature is under 32 degrees. However, I've seen numerous reviews mention weather delays, yet I can't understand why, within a full year, there hasn't been one day with suitable weather to finish the work. The lack of communication and follow-through is appalling. Robin continually promises to schedule the work and send a picture, yet neither happens. Each time I follow up, I'm told it will be scheduled, but nothing ever materializes. I never get the promised updates or even an apology for the delays. It's disrespectful to grieving families who just want to properly commemorate their loved ones without constant frustration. This entire experience has lacked the professionalism, compassion and respect that should be expected, especially during such a sensitive time. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere . I selected 1 star as no stars is not an option.
