My husband informed Creighton Hayes to make his divorce case go away. There were documents filed in York County family court stating that I wanted to dismiss our divorce case with prejudice. I never agreed to have these documents filed but Creighton Hayes and my Attorney made all of this happen without my knowledge. If you have money to have documents mysteriously filed in York county then these are the two attorneys to hire. If you want an honest hearing please stay away from these attorneys. Dr Otis Speight should not be given special privileges in York County because of his status. He should be made to pay the price of having a wife for 16 years just like everyone else. The attorney's reply shows how manipulative and cunning he is by saying that I was never a client of Hayes & Hayes, LLC Of course I was not a client. Otis Speight was a client and because of his status in the community he did not have to pay a dime. Both attorney's worked together and documents were filed without my knowledge stating that I wanted to dismiss the case with prejudice. So they followed Dr. Speight's orders to make all of this go away. So if I ever try to file again I will go to jail which means I am forever married to DR. Otis Speight unless he chooses to file for divorce. Isn't that right Creighton Hayes. Since all of this Creighton Hayes has supported Dr. Speight in my opinion, by encouraging him to entering into a marriage with Danielle Smith. This makes Dr. Speight a bigamist as he knew he was still in a common law marriage to me. Danielle Smith was well aware of the situation but she began to assist Dr. Speight with his harassments often talking about blacks having to wear weaves and that I was dumb and should always have to work in a nursing home rather than a hospital like she does. Creighton Hayes supported all of Dr. Speight's shenanigans' when he knew the reason I needed to leave Dr. Speight was because I obtained a voice mail of him and his sister Cora Speight Wilson plotting my death by using the stand your ground law. I took the voice mail to Tega Cay Police and was informed that there was nothing they could do as they did not act on the plot.
