I had read good reviews…read moreonline about the office, and after a small mix-up with the two offices and which Doctor was in the network, I found the one. I thought things were cooking in a good way. I met with the doctor, and we went over the plans of what cavities I needed to have fixed and the cleaning as well. She seemed nice, but rushed and quick. The chairs also are not in their own private space its all together, so that is not my favorite either. The front desk people have a hard job. I get it, customers and clients are just trying to make sure that they are getting the right insurance billed and collecting the right money. Anyway, I had to change something last minute, and let me say, normally I think that sometimes that is asking a lot, but other times I think that it's doable and not with a certain attitude about it. I did share that I have a disability that is not always seen from an outisder nebver the less I help brige that with my letter from my doctor and me. I had one hygienist who was really good with me. She helps make the experiences so good that I share them with them, and that if I could have her again, that would be great. Well, they never had me with her; instead, I was with others who probably never read my letter. The times that I had to get cavities filled, it was really scary and hard; there were lots of butterflies and tears. I have always had tears, and in my last office, my dentist and the hygienist were amazing; they would go above and beyond to help me. Here, nothing, just kept going and then sat in the chair, and then moved on. I was just a patient here, and one that most likely was labeled a challenge. I finally was done walking out of the office with tears each time. I have found a new office that welcomes disabilities and does a great job of comforting and caring for each person's life. They are family and not just a patient. This might be a great option for someone, but not for me. I want a place where you are welcomed for you diffenreces or not, and where being scared or nervous is not a bother, but instead they take the extra time to help make it a better experience.

I've always taken off from work to make sure I'm on time and because I knew an appointment for cleaning would be a 3 hrs or more. Yes I continue to endure this the entire year of 2024 hoping it would get better. Well I went 4/22/25 for my cleaning and yearly X-rays...the wait was horrible. I was not happy with my cleaning as well. I refuse to continue to literally give my money away when all I get is we are behind. That's the excuse all of 2024 and on my appt yesterday. Scheduling patients on top of patients with only one hygienist to clean teeth makes no sense. My appt was at 9am I didn't leave until 12:15. I was not happy with my cleaning. Not liking the rushed feeling and treatment I got when I expressed my concern/issue. But today was it for me. I will have to find another provider at this point. I feel like me taking a day off from work and not be happy with the service after the wait is pointless. It was never about the fees because I paid knowing she was not in network when clearly I could have went someplace else where my preventative dental service are covered at 100% vs 60. Dr Hunter is a nice person, but she has got to make changes on scheduling and staffing. The facility is always clean and her assistant's in the back are very nice. Her billing office manager is always come off with a nice nasty attitude which I don't care for at all. And her tone yesterday almost set me off, but I refused to come out of character. My review is based on my past and recent experience and it's based off of my services and treatment of my time. I will find another provider, and gladly pay for exam and another cleaning. I work too hard and pay too much on insurance not to be happy. I was literally be overly nice in continuing business, but I'm done. I wish them continued success. AG

The staff do not seem to understand how or care enough to do their job properly. I came here for a cleaning, xrays, and had a tooth filled that had a cavity. Later I was notified that i was responsible for a $700 bill that my insurance was refusing to cover. When I asked the claims specialist why the claim was rejected she let me know that its not her job to find out why and i would need to reach out to my insurance company. My insurance company let me know they only denied the claim because there were billing errors listed on the claim and it was submitted multiple times. They had already sent the dental office this information and were even willing to reach out to them again. The concerning part is the claims specialist didn't even take the time to follow up on the claim before sending me the bill and instead of taking accountability she acted as if it was no fault of hers when things were settled. The bill came out much less than $700 and i didn't owe them for any out of pocket expenses. Also the hole in my tooth wasn't filled properly. I had to go to another dental office to have the procedure redone. I didn't mind the loud club music they were playing though it seemed unprofessional for medical care. I could handle the poor attitude of the staff but, I can't compromise on getting quality dental care. I learned this is not the place for it.
