Perhaps I'm a sucker for punishment but I occasionally stop by, when our regular nutritional supplement store is out of stock of something, hoping the customer service has gotten better. Unfortunately, it has never been the case but today... today was different!. He was actually helpful, offered advice and was really quite personable. I'm leaving them at 2 stars for now until I can figure out if this was just a one-off.

My boyfriend and I told him we were interested in C4 Pre-workout and he happily offered us a sample since I explained to him I've had sensitivities to energy drinks in the past. We absolutely LOVED that he was so friendly, so knowledgeable, and helpful since we were just starting out with pre-workouts. He even gave us food alternatives that will give us a similar affect and gave us a detailed nutritional breakdown of how pre-workout works. We loved his customer service so much we decided we'd start going to Popeye's instead of GNC for our supplements for now on. On our next visit, though, we met a young female sales associate who wasn't very helpful. We were looking for BCAAs and asked her for recommendations. She just pointed out their best sellers then went back to the desk to play on her phone. Definitely a hit or miss with customer service, but if you know what you are going in for, you shouldn't have a problem.
