On September 21st I made an online order in the evening. They called me to say they would not be delivering my order, as they had a "staff issue". I then walked into the store and there were 3 employees standing around. To make matters worse, when I arrive at the store and called them out on the bogus "staffing issue" b.s. (really just 3 dudes in their 20s unwilling to get off their ass), the staff member was rushing me (lanky white kid with curly hair), and so it didn't click in when he asked me to pay for an order that I had already paid for online. "30 seconds to pay before close or the cash will be closed and your order won't be processed" he said, for an order I already paid for, taking advantage of having putting me on tilt. So, I didn't just have to walk to the store to pickup my order, I had to walk a second time the next day to get a refund on the incorrect double charge. When I was there, it was the same white kid and same black kid, and an Asian lady. When discussing what went down, all 3 of them just kept repeating "shit happens". Absolutely unacceptable "customer service". All they would do is blame Diply for allowing the Delivery Order to be processed on your website past the delivery time on their website. My business was with Fogtown, not Diply. Your website allowed me to buy a product with 25-35 min delivery time. If you don't deliver past 9pm, then your website should not be processing orders as such. Your staff are terrible. Either they are way too extra or they don't give a shit. Gross phony vibes @ Fogtown. I'll be sticking to Hunny Pot Cannabis (across the street) or White Rabbit Cannabis moving forward. read more
