They made an incredible number of mistakes on what should have been a relatively straight forward (but pricey) kitchen remodel, and some bedroom built-in cabinets. To make things worse, they reacted very unprofessionally on a number of occasions when their shoddy mistakes were challenged. Not only were these reactions to me, but to my wife, and to the general contractor (who now swears to not work with Ron again as it came to reflect poorly on him too). It would be too tiring to break the whole process down and list all of the mistakes. But, as another reviewer here mentioned, Ron became "too busy" to correct their last set of mistakes so we decided to move on. And guess what? The next guy got it spot on, first time, with a smile on his face. It's called professionalism.
