My car was damaged in their car park because of the centre's very outdated standards. They refused to pay for the damage caused - their excuse: the place was built in 2005 before the current standards were in place. An uncaring, mean, unfair management with no sense of social responsibility to their disabled customers whatsoever. Appalling! Reflects really badly on the owners of the centre. I made a complaint to the UK owners about my treatment there but they haven't even bothered to respond. Beware parking there. Won't be shopping there again.

In the store Pennies for example we got a lot of souvenirs (Ireland t-shirts) to bring back to the states for literally €3.50. If you come here around 1&2 though all of the kids getting out of school come there to congregate lol. We saw this as we were leaving and there were piles of happy busy teens in their school uniforms coming into the mall.

They stock top labels like Juicy Couture, Diesel, Lyle and Scott, All Saints, Guess Lipsy and See by Chloe. There are also BT2's in Grafton St and Blanchardstown Shopping Centre. Now I'd be lying if I said I didn't shop here (I am a big Juicy fan), but usually only around Christmas Time when I have some vouchers or something to spend. I'm not crazy about spending €100 on a t-shirt, and you'd be hard done by to find something much cheaper in the shop. They also stock jewellery, underwear and beauty brands like MAC and Benefit. I like to go in even for just a look around, because the shop itself is quite young and funky.

I said I was. She then told me in no uncertain terms that "ees not permitted to take photos of the shop". The customer, evidently, is not always right. Still, I do like Korky's shoes - it has some nice quirky styles and it can be quite cheap, but I might just head to the Grafton Street or O'Connell Street branches from now on.

Nutgrove has some of Ireland's biggest names in retail, including, Tesco, Dunnes Stores, Boots, Penny's, Hughes & Hughes, Argos, Bus Stop and Golden Discs. Not to mention the Carphone Warehouse, O2 and Vodafone. It also has lots of other cool stores to fulfill all you shopping needs like a chemist, opticians, fashion and shoe stores, jewelers, book and stationary store and arts and hobbies stores. Apart from shopping it offers lots of services like, Post Office, Halifax, ATM's, Social Welfare Office, Tax Office, Credit Union, and lots of passport photo machines! As for food, my favourite type of service, well there is enough artery clogging fast food here to satisfy the fatty in all of us, McDonald's, Burger King, Eddie Rockets, Pretzel King, India Gate Restaurant and they are in the process of building a Subway Sandwich! Yummy! There is plenty of parking and even an Eco Car Wash that you can have done whilst you shop! If you don't dive the centre is serviced by the number 16A, 17, 75 and 161 buses.

However it is a great place for grocery shopping having both a Dunnes and a Tesco and you would certainly find yourself picking up a few bits at the other shops in there such as Pennys and Clarks. It also has lots of functional things like Hairdressers, motor tax office and a nice area for lunch.

Where else could you get a woolly hat for 2 euro... and speaking of woolly hats they have their winter stuff in already, which would be depressing if it wasn't for all the spangley hats, scarves and gloves that Penneys sell! Also I have to put in a word here for their hair and jewelry stuff, you can find real gems amongst all the tat. OK when I say 'real gems' I don't literally mean real gems, but certainly you'll find some stuff that no-one will believe came from Penneys!

The aroma in this shop is instantly calming…read more The sales assistants make you feel like you have lots of time, and although they are out for the hard sell, they are very accommodating and full of knowledge on their products. L'Occitane products are pricey enough (€10 for a small handcream, although some face creams are €18 which is not too bad) but probably worth it given that they claim to be quite natural. I got a few samples from the sales assistant and a handcream for my mum which she wrapped up absolutely lovely for mother's day. I don't think the products suit my skin type but I will be going back for presents.
