This professional knows how to approach and read the body and stays in open communication while he is treating you, to make adjustments so that you are always comfortable. The therapy room, bathrooms and circulation are laid out efficiently and appointed in calming colours and decor to set the intention for healing and restoration. The facial was 50 or 60 minutes, I lost track of the time. That's a good thing as I felt relaxed there after I stopped my internal busy body schedule. I liked the neck and upper back light massage while the products did the work on my face too. It was a solid facial, I give it. 10/10. I highly recommend Mercedez, she was a doll. I need to treat myself more often for a facial.

However it turned out to be a disaster for me I let them know that I had previous back surgery nine months ago, and that I had a rot in my back when my massage was completed. I could not barely stand up to walk. I was in so much pain that I had to go to the ER and get pain meds and they were ready to admit me however I didn't let them admit me because I had a previous appointment that I had to within the next day but since then I have continuously had. substantial pain that I can't now get under control so now I have to go back to pain management to get nerve endings burnt due to the bad service I received there because they did not listen to what I was telling them and I reached back out to the manager there and expressed to her that I need to file a claim with them because I wanted to be compensated for what happened. However, they keep brushing me off and telling me they called the insurance and there's nothing they could do for me however they keep wanting to offer me another massage. They really think I'm crazy to take another massage after you cause me pain that is out of control now. No thank you so I called back and went there to speak with the manager and they keep saying well. It was on a gift card. We can't give you your money back, but we could give you another massage. There's nothing we can do. Did you let the massage therapist know that you were hurting you didn't have to complete the massage I expressed to them I told her she was hurting she would lighten up and I told her where to concentrate on because she was making my back hurt. Please don't go there if you have any medical issues because they don't care. You put all of that on a screening that they do but they don't listen to. They are just out for money. They told me they referred it to the insurance because they could not do anything. However it has now been a month and I still have not heard from no one. They just lied to me. They have no intentions on contacting the insurance because they feel what they done was right. I have a bill from the emergency room where I had to be treated and it's like oh well never again will I support a massage envy ever and you shouldn't either.
