After much time, lots of hard work by the PTs right by my side at first. Maddy and Austin and Dallas were main caregivers. They never let me rest until the right time. They assigned homework. I did it all plus 10% so that now I can walk without a cane. I don't do that because sometimes dizzy. Tim figured out where to put a split tems unit. Neuropathy is sl.owly subsiding so that I can play music type and sail!!!! still working. Maddy keeps me going by trading a few soccer and baSKETBALL moves to get the last few exercises out of Alien and CandyGram Simons. The office staff is jovial working with balky software. I have sent several clients from church. We are fortunate enough to have excellent insurance coverage which coveres the Pain Clinic visits necessary to get this 79 yr old arthritic gouty patient back to being CandyGram post 2 hips 2 knees 2 neck 1mastectomy and lymphedema. The staff all roots and toots for us and the other patients. Sometimes on Fridays when only the p ts and us are there we turn up the JIMMY BUFFETT TO COVER THE GROANS. A GREAT WAY TO GET BACK AND BE READY FOR THE HOMEWORK!!!! I AM BUYING A SMALL SAILBOAT THIS WEEK!!!!!

PT Solution charges your insurance for EVERYTHING, from when you arrive to the minute you leave and after the fact. Their billing department can't explain their billing code breakdown, fees, and why they show charges for dates past my last session. I am beyond frustrated with this place. For these reasons, I do not recommend PT Solutions.

I unfortunately did not get the opportunity to experience the staff's services because the…read morereception office staff experience was completely unprofessional. I called to inquire about an evaluation for my child. The lady with what sounded like an English accent asks if my insurance was with an employer. It was not. Then she asks "is it Marketplace"? Not knowing what marketplace was, I said yes. Then she curtly said that this insurance was not accepted. After the call, I logged into my insurance (which was purchased directly from UnitedHealthcare) and, sure enough, they WERE in network, as I had UHC Choice, and not Marketplace, I call back telling her this information and was referred to the manager, and he was repeating the same information. I told him I misspoke and clarified that I did not have Marketplace insurance and that I purchased the insurance directly from the UHC website, which he claimed this wasn't a thing (YES, this is a thing, because I did it. ). They didn't bother to fully check to see if the office was in network (didn't actually ask for my Member ID information or other details) which is what dozens of offices have done as standard protocol. Eventually the man did say that we can take my insurance, but wouldn't be able to accept my husband's Aetna insurance in 2026 - but that I could still schedule something under my current insurance. ABSOLUTELY NOT! The conversation with reception left a bad taste in my mouth and I have scheduled evaluation services elsewhere. I would recommend in-house office training on how not to escalate insurance issues and on common customer service skills. And if insurance companies are listing your office as in-network when it's not, you need to figure out how to fix that on your end.

Overall it was a relief finding and working with RRCT. They truly seemed to care for my child and…read morecommunicated on a daily basis about progress and and opportunities.

For the past two years, Megan has been an incredible part of our son's journey. From the very…read morebeginning, she treated him with genuine compassion, patience, and respect. Her child-led approach made therapy feel natural and enjoyable, and she always followed our child's interests while thoughtfully building communication skills. What has meant the most to our family is the way she truly connected with our child and with us. She celebrated every milestone, supported us through challenges, and always made us feel heard and encouraged. Over time, she became much more than a speech therapist, she became a close friend. Because of her dedication and expertise, we have seen tremendous growth in our child's communication, confidence, and ability to connect with others. We are deeply grateful for the love and care she has poured into our child over the past two years. Any family would be incredibly fortunate to work with her.

From the first moment we welcomed her into our home we knew we were in good hands. Megan has a wonderful upbeat pleasant attitude combined with years of knowledge/skill. Our son really looked forward to the speech therapy sessions with Megan as he was essentially spending time playing with a genuinely sweet, engaging, and attentive grown up. While our son was having fun smiling, laughing, and learning - my husband and I also learned so much from Megan as we quietly observed their speech therapy sessions. Megan was so helpful answering questions after the session, sharing how we could support our son's development during the week, and always provided us with updates. As time went on, my husband and I started becoming aware during the sessions of just how much Megan does "behind the scenes" to gently prompt and redirect in such a kind and skilled way. I have watched other speech therapists in action and have yet to see someone who can even hold a candle to Megan. She has an innate ability to connect with children and work swiftly yet delicately and respectfully. Megan is a truly gifted speech therapist who genuinely cares for her clients and their families. She was there for us and our child in a way that no one else could be at that time and we are forever grateful. Thank you, Megan!!!

My voice was raspy and inconsistent and it often felt like an effort just to speak. Not a voice that one wants as a teacher. My ENT referred me to Lisa Famiglietti. After 3 weeks of 30-minute sessions twice a week and another three weeks meeting once a week, (a total of 9 sessions) my voice is now better than it has been in years. I cannot speak too highly of her. She gave me back my voice. I recommend doing the sessions over Thera, which is like Zoom. You save time and gas money. The remote sessions worked perfectly for me. Once again, if you are unhappy with your voice quality, I highly recommend Lisa Famiglietti.

Lisa Famiglietti was my therapist and she is the best of the best. At the time I was working with her, I was a music teacher and my voice improved and I was able to sing with more ease with my church music team. I have since changed careers and am not singing anymore, but now that I am close to finishing a PhD, I have time and the bandwidth to start doing my speech therapy exercises again. I am glad I recorded all of my sessions with her three years ago. Lo and behold, my singing voice is coming back again. It feels good to sing again and feel resonance in my face and body again. I don't know why her therapy exercises work, but they do! Thank you for helping me to get my joy back Dr. Famiglietti!
