They have been understanding and kind. I happened to have a casual chat with the owner in the waiting area one day without knowing it! He is a very nice and approachable person. He said they have high expectations for their pediatric staff and have known many of them for over 10 years. I got a great speech eval and was given a good idea of my son's ongoing needs and continued challenges. The OT room is so fun! The therapists are very knowledgeable and care for the work they do. I have been extremely happy with PTS. They also hold MOCAA meeting here! So great! Its a support group for moms with children/teens on the spectrum. They also hold storytime here for kids which I have heard is soooo fun and engaging.

He has been going to OT for about 2 years or so for an immature nervous system & sensory processing disorder. Kim has been amazing to work with. She really understands our son and has helped us understand him. She noticed about a year ago that his eyes were not converging and referred us to OCVT for vision therapy. We are so happy at the progress Memo is making. His reading & writing have come so far as well as his overall coordination and overcoming some developmental delays. He is a work in progress but we couldn't have done it without the team at PTS but especially Kim! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Kim!!

Ana from Speech Launch is absolutely amazing!…read more A little back story as to how we discovered Speech Launch. Last year, Ana from Speech Launch offered free speech assessments at my kids daycare. We already knew my son needed speech therapy, but was currently in a huge waiting list at another business. Since his first language is Spanish, that usually makes it a little harder to find the right therapist that can help him and frankly we haven't had the best experience in the past. After getting his free assessment Ana suggested to do another more comprehensive test just to get an idea of where he is at. After that, she put together a plan for him and recommended two sessions per week. Please note that parents are encouraged to participate during the sessions. After one month of my kids attending Speech Launch, we've already seen huge improvements in his communication. My favorite thing about working with Ana is how thoughtful she is with all the activities she creates for me son. She makes sure every session has something that will keep him engaged and works with his type of learning. Overall, I am just so thankful to have found Speech Launch and to have someone that I know really cares about my kid and wants the best for him.

My voice was raspy and inconsistent and it often felt like an effort just to speak. Not a voice that one wants as a teacher. My ENT referred me to Lisa Famiglietti. After 3 weeks of 30-minute sessions twice a week and another three weeks meeting once a week, (a total of 9 sessions) my voice is now better than it has been in years. I cannot speak too highly of her. She gave me back my voice. I recommend doing the sessions over Thera, which is like Zoom. You save time and gas money. The remote sessions worked perfectly for me. Once again, if you are unhappy with your voice quality, I highly recommend Lisa Famiglietti.

Lisa Famiglietti was my therapist and she is the best of the best. At the time I was working with her, I was a music teacher and my voice improved and I was able to sing with more ease with my church music team. I have since changed careers and am not singing anymore, but now that I am close to finishing a PhD, I have time and the bandwidth to start doing my speech therapy exercises again. I am glad I recorded all of my sessions with her three years ago. Lo and behold, my singing voice is coming back again. It feels good to sing again and feel resonance in my face and body again. I don't know why her therapy exercises work, but they do! Thank you for helping me to get my joy back Dr. Famiglietti!
