We were patients for many, many years. We had amazing experiences with every doctor, nurse,…read moresecretary and staff member prior to the corporate take-over. We left the practice due to this (and our pediatrician retiring). Even when the company was bought-out, the local staff were so great. However...Due to the corporate take-over, the management of New Braunfels Pediatrics has gone downhill. I requested in early August that both of my children's records be transferred to their new local pediatrician office in town. There is a partnership with the medical records department that funnels into Vital Charts. Between New Braunfels Pediatrics and Vital Charts and a lot of hand-holding by me (Mom), it took 32 business days for my children's records to be received. The New Braunfels Pediatrics' office manager contacted me twice (once per my request and once on her own accord to follow up), but I was not contacted after the records were in the possession of the new pediatrician's office to verify with me. One of my children has an ongoing medical condition. The fact that his new doctor did not have access to his life record for that long is completely unprofessional and uncalled for. I, at one point, requested they drive the records over themselves, or me coming up there for them to print their records, and was denied because they can't authorize the release of the records, Vital Charts has to. They were being transferred to a local office, a 10 minute drive away. Shame on New Braunfels Pediatrics for allowing this long of a gap and shame on Vital Charts for taking so long to properly release these records. Parents should not have to hold the hands of the medical secretaries to ensure records are where they need to be. IF NB Pediatrics handled their business IN HOUSE (like they used to) I know it would have been handled in a timely manner. Thankfully the issue is now resolved, but it took at least 5 phone calls to both agencies, along with a threat of reporting, for this to actually get done.

So convenient, so much less hassle. Her bedside manner is so calming and attentive, exactly what we needed as parents of a newborn. She listens, she answers questions, she checks for understanding. All things that are so so important in a doctor! She is very knowledgeable and has quite a broad background as a pediatrician, so we know she has seen a lot, which we also find very reassuring. The direct primary care model for her practice is absolutely invaluable. We pay her the set monthly fee and in return we have access to her personally via call or text, we have long appointments with her that never feel rushed, and there is price transparency (I never have to worry about some bill showing up a month later from her or the insurance saying that we owe another $80 that no one ever discussed). This is the way of the future. We would highly recommend Dr. Webb to any parent looking for a doctor they can trust.

Took several different types of Therapy exercises for a month then was evaluated again with lots of improvement. Let me tell you why: From the first call, you can tell the service is going to be excellent. The woman who answered my call was friendly and helpful. I was not left talking to a robot or waiting on hold. They are out of network with all insurance, but PLEASE don't let this scare you off. They go out of their way to make sure you know your cost for the visit before hand, and for me and many insurances the cost is ZERO for a regular visit! Walking in, the office is clean and gorgeous, and I had absolutely no wait time before my appointment. They were helpful and understanding when I needed a hand with my little boys. For my three year old, there was a TV above the chair and Dr self is so nice, thorough and gentle. He was a little scared when we walked in, but by the end he was smiling and saying how much fun he has at the dentist. For my baby, she sang him a sweet little song while she did his exam and cleaning and he was happy the entire time. Her baby room is soo comfortable and he was having so much fun he didn't want to leave. She even gave us these sweet Polaroids of their first visit, what a nice touch. And as a prize, my 3 year old got a special coin to pick a prize from her machines, which he just went totally crazy for. But here is the reason you really need to come see her. She is conservative, caring and compassionate. If you've been told something by another dentist you don't have a good feeling about, come for a second opinion. If you are looking for a dental home you can trust your kids with, come here. Trust me, just come here.She offers you options about your child's treatment, and she values natural alternatives if they're a good option for your child. She looks at the whole picture, from diet to risk factors to airway issues to family risk factors. She sees a person, not a tooth. She truly cares so much about dentistry and children. Both of my children come here for their follow up with braces. They have always had exceptional care by the father and son team and all the techs working with them.
