After waiting for 20 minutes Dr. Glyman looked at my teeth and said all 4 would be easy then he lead me out so I could make my appointment with Mina (I think that's her name). I was very nervous for my surgery since I had never been on general anesthesia and Mina was kinda enough to easy my nerves. She also did a really good job at rescheduling me last minute since I had to cancel. The day of surgery I had to wait almost an hour to be seen. Dr. Swanson was nice and he made small talk before I knocked out, I remember him pulling on 2 of my teeth and being a little bit uncomfortable. It was all very fast and I felt they were rushing, no one explained to me what they were doing or how it would take place... Post surgery was very smooth and I was not in much pain, just discomfort. Mina called by the end of the day to check on me, thank you! For the price I expected more professionalism and not just one more patient they needed to see to cash my check. The day of the appointment I arrived a little a early so I could do paper work and etc the receptionist took my ID & insurance card pushed me a clipboard to fill out before I could even get called back I had to deal with the receptionist three different times . After the third time I left to go to the restroom came back and sat there and waited and waited meanwhile the staff called everyone that were sitting in the waiting room or had checked in. Finally an hour later I finally got called to the back got a x ray and shown to a room. A short time later Dr. Swanson finally walks in throws a pair of gloves on takes a look literally a minute later he pulled them off said we will get you scheduled for surgery it'll be done with an iv and you'll be a sleep I had asked him about the other option to where I'm numb and relaxed he said I don't know if you can handle a ton of needles I had mentioned that my anxiety the day of the appointment was high and day of the procedure would be through the roof & i had mentioned I had one other medical issue his suggestion was to have me fully knocked out to ease with my anxiety the surgeon told the girl at the computer let's go ahead and get him scheduled that way he opened the door walked out of the room I finish up with the girl in the room & i head out. I called again and tried a different menu choice hoping I could get someone who could connect me to an office manager. I got a voicemail for a confide phone line. I left a message to have an office manager to call me back. Will see what,if anything, happens. When I came on several occasion to schedule, I keep getting the same run around with their network is down, no one can't log in, and other such nonsense, etc; totally unprofessional like no one can't seem to get it together. Don't expect a quick in and out visit. You can get there, be 1st at 9am and won't be attended until before 11 or in between because supposedly their "systems" are down. The moral and the incompetency of the business is insane if only the higher ups knew what and how exactly understand the problems within the problematic low level of administration. I highly will not recommend this place to anyone. Unpredictable and unprofessional. Besides the above mentions, the real underlying reason I'm writing is for everyone reading, to please be advise when going in for any treatment with any insurance. They take your insurance, sit you in the chair, start your treatment that your insurance may or may not cover while they'll withheld that information until AFTER the precedure is completed. Then that's the "Gotcha" blindside moment you will experience and following a bombardment of auto-mail bills. Please understand that they won't tell you what's covered by insurance and whatever you're going in for. Also who you've seen before, your "supposed"doctor practitioner won't likely be around and when someone attends you, it's all over again with someone else different and completely clueless to your needs.

Once we were able to secure the money for the procedure I called them and the ball started to roll, Fast. They flew us out of Everett WA. 12-22-25. We were met at the airport by a wonderful driver who took us to our first appointment in a beautiful black Rolls Royce. Yep. I had my first appointment within a couple hours of landing in Vegas. Now I must say I have amazing ingredients family in the area that stayed with us getting my wife and I back and for to appointments. 12-23-25. I get to the office at 8am and am prepared for surgery. 20 teeth removed an12 implants installed 6 up 6 down. Im back at the hotel the paid for us to stay in The Aherns. Im kind of out of it by now . Around I believe 4 pm I am visited b 2 wonderful on call nurses at the hotel who check everything to see im comfortable. I get visited around 7 I believe again by the nurses and the Dr. who did my surgery. Who does that? I don't remember much after that till morning. 12-24-25 I wake up to my medicine and get ready for installation of new choppers. Back to the office at 8 am. New teeth installed and out the door at 10ish am. We flew home Christmas morning. So it's 12-30-25 iat home without pain, minor bruises and swelling. I'll be on a soft diet for a few months to allow for the implants to heal and bond. I can't believe the care and compassion of everyone involved in the process.
