Then she flipped through colors based on my season. I was so surprised by my results because I thought I had pale skin and had been wearing darker clothes, which made me look older and tired. She even helped me find the right jewelry color, hair color, and necklines to match my face shape, patterns, and makeup palette. My lipstick colors were a bit off because darker berry tones made me look older and pale. However, the rest of my makeup products were perfectly suitable for my color. I even got the correct jewelry colors, except I have to ditch the cheap silver necklaces and black chokers. After the appointment, she sent me the full results. Remember to arrive at your appointment without wearing makeup and glasses. Bring your everyday makeup for analysis. She can also analyze two people per session. On the morning of my appointment 10 minutes before I was going to leave, Victoria Garcia the owner texted me that she was with her daughter all night in emergency and that she felt bad possibly pushing my appointment out later that day. I replied back IMMEDIATELY but no response. Regardless if the situation was true or not, the least she could do was PROMPTLY tell me when that would be or if she could even keep the appointment. A couple hours go by and I call and leave a message for an update on a new time. NO CALL BACK/REPLY even after the initial texts at 9:30am and after texting her back that I'm cancelling my appointment and to have my $100 deposit refunded later that afternoon and into the next day. This doesn't even factor in the extra work (inconvenience) I had to do days leading up to the appointment to prepare my lips!! Also beware of this business because you do not get a live person on the number you call. You get an automated answering service and Victoria will respond when it suits her. So easy for someone to hide behind this to avoid any heat. And do not send her any payment via zelle/paypal/venmo as a deposit as you will have a hard time getting money refunded. Luckily I used my credit card and will pursue other ways to get my $100 refunded if I do not receive it from the business.
