I can only surmise, being that the system has been down for a few months now. And, having been forced, yet once again, to find another Chevron station (because you know, I ain't got nothin' better to do than drive around town when dinner should be on the table) upon inquiry- I have been told that, this particular Chevron on Boniface and Northern Lights is (and I quote) "...not affiliated with Chevron and so, does it's own thing." I have also been told that this particular station on Boniface and Northern Lights hires people who "...don't know what they're doing." So, that may explain why, on average, every other time I have come in here, I wind up with a problem, and am once again forced to go the the station on Muldoon Road, where it's easy, breezy, in and out. (Albeit, further away from my house.) Interesting. I suppose I have most definitely wasted more than enough of my time here. Manager Griffin, it has now become crystal clear that you don't give a hoot. (Liberating isn't it?) However, I hope you don't mind, if I now find it necessary at best to alert the discerning folks; all Yelpers, and also those who check out reviews on Google, that attempting to use gas rewards provided by Carrs to use at Chevron stations, comes with its own risks here. Why? Because word has it that you, dear Griffin, are a manager who "does his own thing." It does not matter what other Chevron station's requirements are, in participation with honoring the Carrs/Safeway gas rewards program. And regardless of what previous reviewers have said about this particular station otherwise. Drivers, regardless of the high marks for this station's unique selection of candy or whatever, I cannot recommend walking in here, to the counter, with the intent to use cash for fuel here, especially with a Carr's card to utilize earned gas rewards. It has very rarely worked for me here, and even the employees themselves cannot say why, because they quite obviously do not know.

IN THE FUTURE if this were to happen again I HIGHLY recommend that the restrooms door be locked so tha we the people cannot walk into something so horrendous and the air that is infected by sh*t particles. They are pretty understaffed and yet they show up to work every day, doing their best but also dealing with the ginormous amount of orders and people that come in. I think for what they have to work with they are really trying and I'm sure that's not always easy especiallly when there are a lot of complaining people and impatient. Yes I understand some people need their prescriptions right away, but again that isn't the workers fault if it is not in nor can be in for some time. We have to treat them like PEOPLE because that is what they are! They need care, love and patience too!

It all started with my prescription being sent to the *other* Walgreens on Northern Lights. That one no longer has a pharmacy. I naively assumed the script would be transferred to this location. I waited in line here for an hour to find out that was not the case. The line was probably an hour because Walgreens is shutting down pharmacies. So I called my doctor and had them re-send the script. I then came back 3 hours later and...they didn't know what I was talking about and told me to take a chair. It was getting late and I was starving so I left. I came back the next morning when they opened up the pharmacy and there was already an enormous line. My food order was done at Spenard Roadhouse and it looked like I still had another 20 minutes in line so I left so my food wouldn't get cold. I came back later in the day and waited 30 minutes in line and they told me they didn't have a phone number for me and would text me when it's available. FINALLY. Why did they not just do this from the start? (It's now 4 hours later and I still haven't gotten a text) So one more wait in line and I should finally have it. The parking lot here is filthy. Filled with debris and detritus that could damage your tires or footwear. I saw someone doing intravenous injections near the door on one of my visits to wait in line. Rough spot.

( don't tell me an empty one DOESN'T piss you off) 2. Two checkers to get you out the door. 3. Burrito factory on premises. Who is THAT? Freshly made egg burritos. ( eggs come from eggs, not a box) Fresh ak reindeer sausage .... etc. primo ingredients. Chefs look like mom, your aunt, and the diner lady. Read. Friendly friendly friendly Gas is gas. The rest. And there is a lot more. Makes the difference.
