This customer couldn't get what he wanted from the employee so he gave up and told him he would use the machine to get the tickets he wanted. I walked up, he didn't even acknowledge me like give me one moment or anything. I was invisible. Mind you this place is tiny. You can't miss someone standing right in front of you. I said can I please get a pack of zig zag papers and the rest of 15 on pump one. He grabs an orange one and I asked does he have the white, so he gets the white. I asked are we good? He responds, so you want 15 on one? I said no, I want the zig zag and whatever is left on one. The math is 12.03 from 2.97 zigzags. I didn't think it was too hard. I walked out thinking he could manage that. After repeating to try to do my gas, he didn't give me gas and when I went back in to ask why or how can I still get it, he said he won't give me free gas, he didn't see my transaction and I was arguing with him. I called the police and they recovered my money. They also advised me to leave this review because to them he seemed overwhelmed, but to me he seemed drunk or on something. Very slow movements and thought process going on with that guy. Just don't go to nomnom on University and Sprague. I will never shop or stop there again. Divine was the only place that would run a diagnostic on Saturday, so we had it towed there (around 3pm.) Roger, was fantastic! He worked hard to correctly diagnose the issue, but more time was needed. 2.) Monday, Rico had found the problem, which was not the alternator we thought it was, he recommended a tune-up, I accepted, and all spark plugs were replaced, and whatever else he did. The cost was very fair and I did/do not feel like I was being taken advantage of at all. 3.) We were moving to Kansas in two days. I needed a 10' moving van. U-haul quoted over $1,000 and said I could have one by the coming Friday. Divine beat that price easily and had it ready right then! Finally, we made it to Kansas with the car and the truck without incident. The vehicle Roger and Rico fixed ran perfect and it was like having a new vehicle! The truck ran fine and no incident there. Our trip was successful because of Divine and their dedicated and educated employees. Thank you Roger and Rico! And Divine for empowering their employees to make decisions, be fair, and go the extra mile. So thankful for this Divine intervention! :-)
