They almost immediately cracked my back after a laid down which felt great (just not sure what their qualifications are for spinal manipulation?). It feels mostly like a deep-tissue massage, but they use their elbows/forearms and bodyweight to dig into your body. My biggest concern is how close they get to your spine. I definitely feel the range of motion in my neck increased (much less tight) but my spine feels super tender the next day. I was NOT a fan of their foot massages while upside down on the table. Overall, I would suggest being vocal about what yOu are/aren't comfortable with although language barrier may be a problem. And if you have any type of pre-existing injury, I'd say steer clear.
