So i have been here once and Anna massaged me it was so wonderful. Came again and got a male masseuse and was not impressed. I just had my underwear on for the hot oil and he pulled my panties down exposing my entire butt. I then pulled them back up and he left it alone. He also wanted me to flip over on my back when i wasn't wearing a bra. I told him I'm not flipping over without a sheet over me. He needs to drape better so women don't feel exposed. I consider myself a bit of a connoisseur of deep tissue massages. Ana is by far in my top 2 massage therapists I've ever experienced. I called to see if appointments were necessary and she said no. But I made one regardless. I chose the 1 hr oil massage. It was my lunch break and I needed that stress knot in my neck rubbed out. Ana was considerate and started off soft but kept asking how hard or if it was too hard. Once she got the pressure right it was very relaxing. The front desk woman was very kind and the place is very clean. However, the woman who gave me my massage injured my shoulder and arm so badly that I still cannot move it and have to go to a chiropractor. Please ensure that your staff is trained, or else they could hurt someone. read more

Not very professional, and she hurt my back more then she helped. Also she left the room for 5 minutes to talk to someone I think and came back said sorry and a minute later left then came back to wipe off the oils and asked for tip. I would not recommend coming here at all. During the massage she also just stops randomly and just has a hand on you acting like it's a massage. I can't believe they took out 10 minutes of my massage and had the audacity to stop me at the door and ask for a tip. read more

Awesome massage! I did the 60 min full body massage for $60. It included a free hot stone massage too. I had Anna and she asked if I had any particular areas I wanted her to focus on and she continued to check up on those areas to make sure they were getting better. Throughout the massage she continued asking my preference on if I wanted a deeper or lighter massage. Very much recommend the place and the massage therapist Anna! read more

Been coming here once a week for almost 6 months, always having a good result with the same girl ( younger sweet short girl ) until this past week! She was busy so I got the older one that seems to kinda run things ( speaks better English ). So I was gonna do my usual hour and add a foot massage to change it up. So in the room she tells me I'd pay 90 but she's gonna save me money n give me a special for 70 same times and everything. So I'm like ok sounds good. We get done and I go pay I hand her 70 + 10 for tip n she say no u need tip more I saved u money I'm like whaat ? She say I save u money u tip more so I hand her $20 n she's now happy wtf ! I paid what I normally pay ironic. Needless to say I'm gonna look for another placed there's lots of options in town !!! Don't force your customers into tipping what u think u deserve. I came mainly bc walkins are welcome.but also bc it lists a $35 hour massage. I was charged $60. Now I might be tempted to talk to them but the English is so poor I barely had them understand what I was asking when I walked in. They are nice and very polite and got right in. These folks always get me in for an oil massage. I work very long hours and have constant pressure in my neck and shoulders. I've been seeing Kevin, and I always feel better for a few days after my massages with him. The price is comparable. I hate to leave reviews because I don't let one bad experience get to me. In this case, I always try to make an appointment with Anna because she is pretty great at what she does and stays busy for the most part. My problem is that when I make an appointment with a specific person is because that's who I want my service done with (not trying to come off rude). I get to the place right on time for my massage and then I get told that Anna can't do my massage. So I asked if I could come back later in the day or another day because she's pretty great at her job. Anna was with someone else at the moment who wanted more time and told a young man to take care of me instead. I insisted on coming back another day because I needed a deep tissue massage badly. Ana said that she promised that the young man is just as good and he will take care of me and she walked away. The young man seemed very annoyed that he had to stop what he was doing to take care of me. The massage was not great. For the first 20 minutes he was just dry massaging my back when I was paying for a 60 minute oil massage. I asked him nicely when was he going to start massaging my back with oil and he said oh ok?! And then walked away for a bit and came back. He asked later if I wanted to add more time and I said sure but if he could focus on the areas that were a problem for me. The extra time was not worth it. I paid and tipped him because I know that they make money off of tips too. This is not the first time that Anna cancels on me right when I get there. I'm not trying to bash her just simply stating that if she can't make the time for appointments made ahead of time then don't offer them. The first time I went there I had James and he was amazingly good and sweet but he left to California. My experience might not be yours so try them out. read more

I have been to this spa several times and have had the 30 dollar hour massage (fully clothed) and the 60 dollar oil massage, both are great. The oil massage also included a hot stone treatment and I loved it, the heat really was relaxing. read more
