It was our very first time getting a foot reflexology from a masseuse and we loved it. It is very quiet, the lights are dim, ac blasting, and relaxing music playing in the background. This is my second time getting a massage here along with my husband. Both times no wait. Parts of…read morethe massage feel wonderful and other parts feel like ancient torture! We agreed to a 30-minute table massage and then they upsold us while we're laying on the table to add a foot massage. They almost immediately cracked my back after a laid down which felt great (just not sure what their qualifications are for spinal manipulation?). It feels mostly like a deep-tissue massage, but they use their elbows/forearms and bodyweight to dig into your body. My biggest concern is how close they get to your spine. I definitely feel the range of motion in my neck increased (much less tight) but my spine feels super tender the next day. I was NOT a fan of their foot massages while upside down on the table. Overall, I would suggest being vocal about what yOu are/aren't comfortable with although language barrier may be a problem. And if you have any type of pre-existing injury, I'd say steer clear.

They say "that was a Christmas special. For you, I do $60." Ignore red flags and proceed. She makes me lay first with credit card. Charges $63.00. I leave a $6 tip and she grunts and says, "what's this? 6?". And is visibly angry. Takes me to room. Leaves door open for me to change. I close it. They cover me with a towel. She comes in and does mediocre at best massage. I wanted firm pressure. At some points it felt like she was only rubbing the tip of her finger on me. Massage finishes. She leaves door open again for me to change. I close it. Within about 40 seconds, she comes back in while I AM STILL CHANGING. She removes the paper towel from the head rest and puts a new one. I am still changing as she smooths out the wrinkles from the same sheets I was on. Table is ready for next person. I am not sick and was clean, but this is the most disgusting thing ever. Especially during flu season. Ugh. NEVER again.
