The room lights were dim, so I was easily relaxed. The flooring was very dated, you could see where the slats didn't touch, etc. The same woman who greeted me was the one who provided my service. She offered me varying pillows to be comfortable. She addressed all main areas, though I will say she was very heavy with elbow use and concentrated a lot on my shoulders. Perhaps I had knots, but it wasn't explained nor was I asked about areas of my concern. The hot stones were def hot, almost startling at first touch, but after the initial shock went away it really melted my sore muscles. The only thing I really didn't care for is that she left the room door fully open during the hot stone use. Despite some shortcomings, I think I will visit at least one or two more times to determine if my opinion may change. Their prices are great, location is convenient for me, and I could try to communicate more/better too.
